Came here two weeks ago. Booked horse ride for our entire families. They made us waited over two and a half hours because they didn't have enough horses and was well under staffed. They offered us a mule ride instead. We said no and they asked us to leave and come back another day without any refund. The mean and nasty Aunt Alysa Phiel is on the phone with us from Tucson, AZ running her stupid WILD DESERT GLASS business while her niece Erin Nicole was in charged which Erin Nicole did not know what to do. Erin Nicole was on the phone with her aunt Alysa for over two hours. After three house of nonsense we got fed up and left. We cannot come back to use the credit they gave us because we are from New York. The dishonest Aunt Alysa stole our money! BEWARE of this GREEDY and DISHONEST Aunt Alysa. She will RIP YOU OFF! We will never come back here ever again!
