I just received the 2 units Bobbie Boss Aimee and I am highly upset with the quality. I contacted them and told them the units are stringy and thin...and they tell me they inspect all of their wigs, etc., etc., and went on to tell me I can return them along with a 20% restocking fee. I will not be ordering from them anymore and might as well keep this trash rather than pay for shipping plus 20% restocking fee. Crazy...
Worse company ever! I ordered 2 wigs and never recieved them. I called myself trying 2 reach out to them. All I got was a lousy recording. Couldn't evening leave a message. Never again
I recently purchased 4 wigs from this company, and one of them was supposed to have been Champagne colored, but instead, had a lot of grey/white streaks of hair. It only cost $20, but I do not want a wig with grey hair in it, so I called to have them replace or refund, and they would not, and told me it should have grey hairs in it.
They have lost a customer, and now get this review rather than make it right. Really?
How do you track packages as a guest? How come haven't I received an email about my order yet, I ordered yesterday?

THEY CHARGE A DOLLAR TO 3 DOLLARS MORE IN THE SHOPPING CART! I SPENT OVER 1500$ OVER 6 YEARS BUT NOW THEY LOST ME :( IF THEY FIXED THERE WEBSITE I WILL GO BACK TO THEM BUT FOR NOW NOPE SORRY
I'm too tired for a long diatribe, but hoping that hair comes tomorrow as expected, getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare, answered twice in 4days( lied about reason why) live chat never operational & I wanted to but a more expensive wig after the original order already shipped... Yep 20%restockibg fee ( no exchanges), also indifferent customer service rep... Bordering on rude! Definitely snarky ( could be a NY demeanor though! Lol from there too) which I'm sure he is the only one they have answering the phone & only there for probably an hour after the lunch break! That's when I've gotten him to answer!
Never received confirmed processed/shipped email... Finally got a UPS email!
The prices are the cheapest, do can't recommend, but hope product is as advertised
I have been a loyal Wigtype customer for years and made several orders averaging $100, I never had a problem until now. I placed my order with no issues, received an email with my expected date of delivery for 4 days later, which was Friday. I worked from home Friday because the tracking information said signature required. The package did not arrive and next thing I knew, the shipping company changed the delivery address to a drop off location. I emailed Wigtypes to ask them to please contact the shipping company to have them deliver to my shipping address. Wigtypes responded the next day, but said that they cannot contact their shipping company and I needed to go pick up the item and if I do not it will be returned and a restocking fee will be assessed. I responded advising of the fact that no delivery has been received, and I am unable to go to the drop off location that was changed without my permission. Wigtypes rudely replied that they will incur a return shipping fee and the restocking fee would apply if I received the merchandise or not once it is returned! Restocking for something I never received?! I contacted the shipping company myself since they would not help me, and the shipping company quickly updated to have the item reshipped the next business day to my billing address. Are we saying Wigtypes could not do that? I did it via online chat! Never again, this is the last time I will buy anything from them. So they are great as long as you do not need their "customer service", even if it is not your fault. Beware, and do not expect help if you encounter any issues.
I use to order form this site previously then stopped because they sent me 2 wigs that were damaged, I then started to order from hairsisters which were great but since they changed their order payments to strictly paypal for some reason it doesn't work with my paypal account and this is the only site I'm having that issue with I called them numerous times they told me to use certain engines and it still did not work, so I was stuck and had to order with wigtypes once again now they have a 110% price match guaranteed I emailed them about it the day I received my items and never received a response from them and that was 2 weeks ago, they will go out of business if they continue this type of customer service by not responding to their customers because it seems as though they couldn't care less, so there's absolutely no respect for their customers regardless of all the money being spent, ugh so frustrating, buyer be aware.

Too thick matted front of wig. After 1 month its like Chinese wig made hair it feels like horse hair. Also could repair wig by washing it. Not fond of wig. Shilo by noriko is a better choice.
