I just received the 2 units Bobbie Boss Aimee and I am highly upset with the quality. I contacted them and told them the units are stringy and thin...and they tell me they inspect all of their wigs, etc., etc., and went on to tell me I can return them along with a 20% restocking fee. I will not be ordering from them anymore and might as well keep this trash rather than pay for shipping plus 20% restocking fee. Crazy...

I requested a refund from wigtypes.com and, not only did they ignore my request, they REJECT any orders I make. The public including reviewers on YT have been notified about their BAD business ethics. Stay clear from this Chinese-owned dictator business and give your coins to REPUTABLE businesses that don't DISCRIMINATE.

Shop anywhere else! You might have to pay a bit more, but, the frustration you'll avoid with this "business" will be worth it.
However, just don't ask a question about your order. The overall attitude of this company is definitely less than professional. If they can somehow fix how they communicate with their customers, they wouldn't have so many on the blacklist. Luckily for me, I found a better inexpensive wig store online. Thank you for being the bi**h you were in the email. I'll make sure none of my friends and family members not patronize your online store.
I love the prices at wigtype. I would suggest that you order a product from Wigtypes that you are familiar with. If not, good luck on trying to return item. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
You can not talk to anyone over phone. They don't answer via email. Live chat does not work. There are no instructions on how to return the item. My advise is to pay a little more from another company that has good customer service.

I placed an order and received confirmation then I received a notification that the amount was refunded to me so I have no way of following up but I feel lucky that they did not keep the money. Now I'll look to order from another site.
If I could put zero stars I would. Their customer service sucks, they have auto messages that respond to you via email and say someone will contact you within 24 hrs. Then you hear nothing. All I wanted to do was return something, I have bought things from this site a few times and now they will forever be on my $#*! list. I am telling my entire family to never buy from them again. Any of my hair stylist friends I am telling them too. Companies should not be allowed to get away with this kind of poor service. I had to report them to the BBB just to get a actual response and they had the nerve to say they contacted me multiple times when I attached pictures of the auto responses I got and the fact that I tried to message them on social media.Don't buy from them!

I've tried several times to order a wig for My Mother that She really wants and had absolutely No Success! Your Website is Trash and Needs a Serious Upgrade! You're Losing Customers! I've been entering the same address, for years and they ended up changing my trailer to an apartment and now someone else has my order. TOTALLY NOT COOL. I contacted them on the contact page, and they were like "Just talk to the post offices front desk." Totally no help at all. And they are the ones who messed up my address.
Its okay, I ended up calling USPS. And they were a BIG help, Hopefully I get my package.
If you order from them expect to never get your package. They still use UPS despite the fact that UPS HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. What I am pissed about it they don't respond to customers. This place lies, and they have fake documents for refunds. I bought 4 wigs, I only got 3. They did not refund my money for this wig, and I did not get a replacement. This wig store needs to be shut down. Its full of crooks!

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. I received them in a timely matter but the wigs were in terrible condition. It appeared the both wigs had been cut and worn I contacted the company and was told that all of their wigs are new and come from the factory unopened. I sent the wigs back the next day and requested a refund. I was told by the company that it would take 8 business days after receipt of the merchandise. On the 8th day I did not receive my refund. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute of the cost. On the 9th day I received an email from the company alerting me that the total refund had been refunded to my account. I checked with my credit card company and was told that the refund had not been received but could take a couple of days to post. As a customer I expect to receive quality merchandise from businesses. Because I had a bad experience with this company, I would NEVER do business with them again. I would warn anyone else to read customer reviews prior to conducting business with anyone.
Took money out of my account multiple and claimed that the credit card was declined when the information was correct, don't waste your time on this site and their overpriced shipping rates.
I purchased a wig from them and immediately saw when I received it that it was faulty. The seams were coming off and the wig fit was very awkward and barely looked like the picture.
I emailed them within an hour of receiving it to ask about a return and was told because I tried the wig on I couldnt return it despite having the box and tags still attached to the wig.
They pretty much didnt care about trying to rectify the situation.

I regret not reading reviews before ordering from this horrid site. I Ordered a wig and spent about 50 dollars on this site. I never recieved a confirmation email or tracking number but I checked my bank statement and saw they deffiantly charged me. I contacted customer service TWICE with no response. Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 wigs from this company. They sent me 4 of the same color wigs. I did not order 4 blond wigs. They just sent me what the wanted or had left in stock. When I sent them a email they said they will charge a 20% restocking fee. I refuse to pay for their mistake. I will never order from this company again. THey have lost a customer, but they probably don't care. Maybe I can sell them on Ebay.
83 dollars! I have a hold on my account for 83 dollars that has been on hold for a week or more. This is utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable. Wigtypes.com is a complete and total fraud! I placed my order and was declined, so how is money gone from my account for the order total. I have no tracking number, nothing. And the phone at the company is not even being answered! Do not order from this company! It is not worth it.

I emailed Wig types to inform that I unit that I purchased was different from the picture on their website. I sent them a picture of the unit that I ordered and a picture of the unit on their website. The two pictures are nothing alike. There was barely any of those colors in the unit I purchased. I have spent a massive amount of money with this company. Through this experience, I've learned that they don't value their customers. The emailed I received stated that according to management the unit you received is not defective in its color. I will never purchase another unit from this company.

We explained to you in emails and private messages on social media that during the 5 UPS investigations, UPS has determined that you confirmed delivery of the Harlem 125 Synthetic Hair Swiss Lace Wig - LSD91 wigs on 5 separate occasions. We are a small business and anytime you reach out to us you are contacting the main office.
For one free shipping would apply to order over 49.99, now it is 69.99. It is not worth it, they guarantee lowest prices that is a complete lie. Price are raised higher then other sites. They claim to have these amazing sale but it does not exist. The price stays the same all the time. The holiday sale the claim to have is the same price as also was. Customers service is terrible.
Did not send what I ordered/very poor quality wig was sent/wrong color. The delivery was fast. Merchandise was dissapointing.
I purchased a wig from WigTypes because of the low price and supposed "fast shipping". After a week I called their customer service line to get a tracking number and estimated delivery. He wouldn't give me a tracking number but insisted the wig had been shipped and would arrive the next day. All he asked for was my name which is VERY common so how could he even know he was speaking on the right order? I asked again and he repeated that it'd be here the next day and rushed off the phone. Another week passes and I call again. Same answer. No wig that day either. I dispute the order with PayPal and only then did they ship the wig and I receive tracking info. The wig never left their warehouse the entire time they were telling me that it was on the way. NEVER AGAIN.
If I could give no stars I would Plus if you're in New York they don't have the option there to tell you not to do expediting shipping because it comes in next day for free on the ground shipping so I wasted $18 for no reason do not order from this site the packages take too long to come by for a bit if you're in a rush I really need your hair done
