Avoid at all costs. I cannot emphasize this enough. The wig I paid hundreds of dollars for is an unusable, poorly constructed, unbelievably nasty excuse for a wig. I wish I could post pictures here to show exactly how disappointing this piece is. AND, if you want to return (which you will) they want you to pay to return it to CHINA. In addition to purchasing a crappy wig, they expect you to pay $30 to return it to them.

I purchased 3 wigs on 2 occasions and found their photos do not come near to matching the products that I have received. I reached out to their "customer service", but got nowhere. Having had the exact same issue with quality, I have learned my lesson and won't waste anymore money with this company.

Color much darker then Photo.
Unable to reach anyone to speak to.Called my credit card.Picture on on websight much lighter then wig that was sent.it is very dark.black and pepper.i wanted it more lighter,as the picture on model. It is much darker in person.i watched shocked when I opened the box.not happy at all.

Received wig in time stated for arrival, but it is not even close to the color. I contacted customer service, but they refused return or exchange. I did not even take it out of the hairnet or try it on, the color is orange. Will not recommend or buy from them again. Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Do Not Buy from this company

I can't believe I fell for this scam company. I ordered a wig and what arrived was a horrible sham of a product. Looked nothing like the photo. Horrible quality. I'm trying to return and some woman named Mildred keeps going back and forth saying for me to keep trying it on? It's insanity, this company is a scam. Im I'm the process of filing a claim with the better business bureau.

They have a nice website with pictures of nice wigs but what you receive is nothing like what is pictured. The wig I purchased was $130 but what I received was orange and looked like something you would buy for a Halloween costume for maybe $10 at the drugstore. Refund policy states you must get approval prior to returning the item but you get no answer to your request for a return so you're stuck with the item!

Ordered a wig and it was nothing like the one I ordered. Style or color. I reached out and they offer to send me another one for additional money.

If you are looking to buy a wig do not even look at WIG SIS online. I should have checked their reviews. Their reviews were 99% bad. After waiting along time to receive the wig it was terrible. I ordered a wig in black color I received a RED wig. They refused to send the money back.

I have received 2 horrendous wigs from wigsis. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM, PHONY FRAUD! If you buy they give you the run around regarding their return policy. The Package they send to you with the return address isn't where you send it back to. Still waiting for a return address but they want pictures, what is wrong with the piece. I told MILDRED, it already mailed to the address on return label. They will not credit me. Please people do not BUY FROM THEM. The product is not what you see. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, FRAUD FRAUD AND PHONY BS!

Non comprate queste parrucche. Sono una truffa vera e propria. Grazie a dio avevo acquistato con paypal che ha risolto il problema e mi ha fatto avere il rimborso totale. Le parrucche non si possono indossare nemmeno a carnevale e sono un affronto soprattutto per chi le acquista per motivi di salute. Alla mia iniziale richiesta di reso il venditore ha risposto in modo disdicevole. Ripeto grazie ancora paypal e non fate acquisti su auesto sito assolutamente

What a scam. You can't use your own credit card. They will give you and error screen (repeatedly) and then when you 'CHAT' with them, they'll tell you to use PAYPAL. HAH! The last time I ordered wigs using PAYPAL, I got 3 pieces of junk from CHINA, and even though I spent the additional $ to return the 3 wigs to CHINA and provided Paypal with substantial proof of my sending them. PAYPAL never refunded me a dime. They are scamming you together - and both companies (the chinese wig crooks and Paypal) get to keep your $. THANK YOU SITEJABBER for saving my hard earned funds. I closed the sale and will now, for safekeeping, cancel my card! Vjcb

UPDATE - Even though Wig Sis claimed my card would not process, I found their CHARGE on my statement (My bank later rejected it). They TRIED to take the funds all the while they were telling me to use Paypal. Crooks. Be warned.

Their product is inexpensive, because the quality is horrible.
They claim that they will refund your money if you are not satisfied with the product, which is a false statement. I received my order which did not in Anyway resemble the photo style or color.
I did not even try the piece on, I immediately contacted the company for a refund stating I knew there would be a re-stocking fee. The company responded that they were in China and my cost would be very expensive to return and that they were not sure that's they would even receive it. My advice to anyone wanting a wig to look for a reputable company like Jon Renau or Ellen Wille, these 2 companies produce lovely wigs that are not ridiculously priced! Don't be fooled by Wig Sis.

This company are dreadful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are nothing short of con men, they're selling wigs that can be purchased for a quarter of the price from Amazon, and other sites. The awful wig that arrived was red with burgandy strands, terrible.We contacted the company who offered us first a replacement, then a refund of 50 euros, we'd spent the best part of 400 euros. No way! We reported them to everyone, from Facebook, Paypal, Mastercard and the local police. The refund takes months, please do not make the same mistake.

They are a fraudolent company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!. The wig that they sent me is awful, made in plastic, unwearable. THey offered me to buy another wig spending 65 euros. I believed it was a joke! They tried to steal more money pretending to be sorry about my experience! DONT' DEAL WITH THEM and if you have used paypal contact them to have a refund. PAYPAL has given back my money!

I purchased a wig from this site without first reading the reviews (my bad!). Problems occurred from the very beginning. The price was shown in Euro however they charged me in CNY (Chinese Yuan). It means I had to pay currency exchange commission that increased the wig price. When I received the wig I was astonished. It didn't remotely look like the picture on their website. Wig hairs seems like they were taken from cheap dolls and shape is far from the one I picked. After all I paid more than onehundred Euro for a real garbage.
This is a disreputable Chinese company that does not have any culture of honesty and product quality. Do not order from this site if you don't want to get scammed by these people. Never again will I order from Wigsisonline.com!
