After reading all the reviews it has been 6 days and my order says processing there is no where that says estimated delivery day and i bought human hair clip ins i pray they are really human hair and length and color i ordered and i hope they look good because from what everyones posting has me nurvious i spent that much can someone please let me know how much longer my orders going to take to process and ship freaking out about it

Will NEVER purchase a wig from them again! Very cheap, colors did not look like advertised. Then there web site would not let me exchange it! Never again!

They sent me wrong style and wrong size!
They asked too many questions without giving a solution! I finally decided to talk nonsense any longer and I will donate the wig to a cancer charity! Problem solved!

I ordered my wig before reading all the negative reviews. Do your research before ordering. Anyway, I got cold feet, so, within 24 hours I called them and they agreed to cancel my order and refund the entire price. Originally, they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to refund my money, but it was back in my account within 5 days.

I have had friends tell me about wigsbuy. Then a friend let me borrow one of hers and she was right they are great quality and reasonably priced. Will be purchasing as of this year I had major hair loss due to stress. While my hair is growing back these products will help during this process.

I purchased a Wigs buy with light brown hair color. I mailed the wig back to them almost a month ago. The wig was brown in front and black in the back, which was not shown on the website I emailed wigsbuy customer service about my refund. Received repeated e mail stating to send them a picture of the item, which I have done 2 times, they have the order # why do they need a pic of the wig?. No phone # to call them, and no refund. I am happy to say I received a email from company that they are giving me a full refund. I was told that I had to pay for wig because that was their policy. I had contacted my credit card company to dispute charges because the wig had not ever been shipped and I cancelled order.

These people give you real human hair in a wig that could be cut similar to the pic. It is in no way the picture of the wig. However, a cheap but not poor quality human hair wig that you can take to your salon for a cut is what they deliver. DO NOT depend on the pic except for the most basic reasons like hair length and their coloring is good. I have been wearing wigs for 17 years now. These are good cheap wigs. If you think you can pull it out of the box and have the 700 dollar hair cut then forget it. You can't even get the haircut with the wig due to the limitations of the hair/wig. You can have a really nice wig for far less than I have ever paid for anything else though. I do wish they would show the pic and then the actual wig pic. It's a 200- natural hair wig. Put some money into a good cut and run with it. You will like it.

I ordered my wig not knowing it would be coming from China. They have already charged my credit card but I have not received my order and there is no tracking info. I have emailed them for order status... we'll see what happens. I noticed the question below regarding if the good reviews were real. I also question that since they are in broken English and it seems the reviews are either extremely bad or good... nothing in the middle or average... weird!

My dealing with Wigsbuy were resolve with a favorable outcome in my favor. Wigsbuy did return my money.

This wig looked really nice on. I was a little worried since the price was so good, but now the real things is on my head so, it is true, it is true! The wigs is ok!

I feel this website is ok, the price is nice, but the shipping is slow and the quality of wigs is just ok.

I ordered a wig the 1st of february, 2017... its the 25th... still have not received it... wben I put my order number... wbich was confirmed in an email from tbem. They said they had no record of it... although they had taken the money out of my account. 49.17$... immediately... i emailed Customer service and they said there was a delay first for Chinese New year and then a problem in manfacturing... they did get back to me... and as I write this the wig has been shipped and is in transit... i have no idea what it will look like but will update when if I ever get it... tbe point is if you want to gamble with your money go to a casino... better odds. There is no recourse here or guarantee. If I ever see a wig I guess I'm luckier than most but shoot I would buy somewhere else in The future and I used the wig. Im an emtertainer. If I needed it to leave the house I'd cry.

I am a woman of her words. I told the people at Wigsbuy when I receive my refund I would write another review. Here I am.

If you're getting a refund, don't give up. True, I had to do some footwork or finger-work in my case to get my refund. It was worth it. I received my refund quicker than what I was told.

I still will not buy another wig from them but customer's service turned out to be better than I first thought. Thanks for getting me my refund.
