COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE REFUNDS! Firstly, the colors are MUCH darker than what's pictured online. Received item and didn't like color. First Red Flag: Contacted site for RMA. Waited days. No RMA sent. Called company. Second Red Flag: The gal pushed and pushed for exchange, instead of refund. Finally told me what to do with it. Third Red Flag: Wig Salon received item and said my card "couldn't be refunded". They had NO PROBLEM taking the funds but BIG PROBLEM refunding. They even went as far as accusing me of having a fraudulent card! The emails from said owner were very uncaring and flippant. They now hold both the product AND my $150 and they refuse to understand why I'm upset! The company is a scam and I hope someone scams them as much as they have scammed me.

Wigs are not lace fronts, you don't get thick wigs even wen u order the 200% density the wigs i got were so thin the cap showed through 2 of them can't even be worn at all cuz there's no part in them so it looks like ir cousin IT, customer service was disgraceful, there return policy says they pay for return shipping if wat u received was poor quality or wrong color which mine were both. I sent them the pictures of the wigs showed them the flaws n eveything but they were declining to pay to return them n only wanted to refund me $10 n I could keep the wigs which aren't usable anyway. I went back n forth fighting with them for weeks I was even willing to settle for half my money back eventually they offered me $25 so I took it only because I was fed up with arguing with them. This site is a scam you o not receive wat ur seeing in the pics n u can't even leave reviews on the site. Since this happened I have been posting about them any n everywhere I can so they opened a new site to try n start over without all the bad publicity the new site is cexywig.com becareful!

For the most part I'd say they are good, because they are no doubt the cheapest with respectable selection. The but comes in when you are expecting the quality to be A1; I have a friend who is an amazing hairdresser and like all wigs you do need to go to a hairdresser, put them on and let them reshape for your head. Unfortunately 80% of the wigs I have taken to her (which I do buy a lot, having extreme alopecia I look at this as my compensating factor) they have been defective in some way or another. A $250 Raquel Welch wig kept knotting up and the reason was the grains of the hairstrands were facing the wrong direction. I've had wigs my hairdressor friend swears were previously cut and as they were missing chunks. I generally don't return them as the cost of all the shipping and handleing increases the price too much. I have just had my friend make me a totally different look. Though in the 2 instances where I really needed to return the wigs as the problem was just too much, I couldn't make them usable under any circumstance, I found it so flustering I've considered just paying more and going to somewhere else!
So if you look at the reason I'm suspecting they are so much cheaper is because they are probably slight irregularities (they just don't tell you this) than you have a choice: do you want to take a chance because of the price difference or not? And do you have a good hairdressor to work with whatever you get? At least this is what I use as my determining factor as to weather or not I order from them again!

I have been going through a terrible struggle to get anything done through this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are only in the business to take advantage of others.

I placed an order almost a month ago. I received the wrong wig in the wrong color. Emails and phone calls, back and forth. Now I am looking like the one at fault because I don't want to risk the chance of another mistake. What do they do? They want to deduct money for restocking fee from my return, although it isn't MY fault! Not only that. They say free shipping, but they want to also deduct shipping costs from my refund!

This man I spoke with, Joseph, is a crook and a smarty pants! He has caused me so much grief, kept my money tied up for weeks, and refuses to refund all of it. I am still waiting on my refund. I suffer from panic attacks and other disorders. I am on disability, and I need my money. Do they care? NO!

Save your money and don't fall for their so-called cheaper prices. They will cost you grief and money in the long run. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I have worn wigs for seven years and used WigSalon for five years. Kept telling myself I wouldn't use them again, but in a money crunch I did. Screwed once again. This time the first one was obviously a 4th or 5th on the throw out pile, and getting a replacement was like pulling teeth. Finally chose a different brand, more expensive only to receive a 4th or 5th from that line also. RQW would not be happy to see me wearing her name, that's for sure, not that I will show my face out the door in this hideous thing, which by the way I can't return. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN! I am heartsick, bald-headed, and want to scream!
