Website is good, I ordered replacement pillows for my Lloyd Flanders set a few weeks ago we love them. Now ordered pillows to coordinate.

Found what I wanted and glad no shipping cost and glad for 15% discount. My dogs ruined the base of my other lovely rattan sleight arms sofa...

Numerous options although I would have liked to have been able to access explanations about the fabrics' characteristics. For instance, it took a lot of research to discover the water resistance of your fabric type.

Thank you for letting me the code for a discount. The only thing I would recommend is grouping patterns that go together i.e. a floral with the same colored stripes and solids that match both. I wanted to have one chair floral and the other striped, but I could not tell from the small swatches exactly what colors matched. I didn't want to take a chance they didn't match, so I ordered both sets in stripes.

I don't want buttons on either of the cushions. it only gave me a choice of the back cushion not both.

Really tough to imagine the fabric on the outdoor furniture. All I had to go on was a little square - pictures of each fabric choice would be very helpful.

Wonderful. Furniture was packaged well. Delivery was great & the furniture is well made. Very happy. Would order from you again.

The one improvement I would have liked to see would be to see the furniture in the chosen color combinations. And also a better direct comparison of wicker colors, eg one model comes in white and "almond", another come in white and "natural", and I preferred the tables from one and the sofa/loveseat from the other. It was difficult to see how different "almond" and "natural" are so I ended up going with white.

I had a hard time finding the same fabric for the chair and the ottoman. Not all fabrics were shown for each product. However, great price and good selection of fabrics. I'm looking forward to my new look on the front porch!

I love my rotan furniture, the only thing I'm a bit unsatified with is the fabric is a different color than what it showed on the web site. Other than that I'm totally happy!

ordering doesn't work well from an I Pad or computers with touch screen. Had to revert to computer with mouse interaction.

A little frustrating navigating the fabric selections , would like to see what fabric looks like on item and some suggestions for coordinating fabrics.

I have not received my merchandise yet so I do not feel I can yet give a recommendation to others until my order is received. Thanks.

Was happy to be able to order these cushions on sale. Also someone explained to me why I wanted to use Sunbrella fabrics. I was happy to be able to order these cushions. There was just a small mix up in orders. The correct cushion was sent. The order was also completed on the seat for my swing. I was generally speaking very happy with my experience. I appreciated being able to communicate directly with the owner of the company when I needed customer service!

So far good except I've ben waiting two weeks for my fifth sample that has so far not arrived. I decided not to wait for it. Also, one of the patterns in which I was interested was mislabeled on the website.Please remember to credit my order with the $23 I paid for the four samples.

This is my second time ordering. The process is quick and easy. Many fabrics from which to choose. First order was perfect.

Love my furniture and have had it for a number of years, about 10 yrs. Couldn't find the exact collection so I went through all of the couches to get close to what it looked like and to get the dimensions I needed. My cushions faded but have held up. (on a open covered porch).

Website is easy to use, selection is large.

The delivery was supposed to arrive late Friday afternoon but the truck never came and I didn't get a call. I called Wickerparadise on Monday and they apologized, stating the delivery company had to be changed and I wasn't notified. The newly scheduled delivery arrived right on time, the driver was friendly and the chairs arrived in good condition. I'm really happy with the chairs, they will be great to relax in on the porch with my first morning cup of coffee!!

Order came wrong at first. Had to be traced.
Also I had to reorder. At my expense. No dimensions are listed. So I had ordered wrong cushion

But products are fine.

The site was easy to navigate. However, I wish the site had the ability to put the fabric of choice on the furniture you are selecting. It would help to get the visual effect of how it could look on a larger scale than just the swatch. Other website do provide this option. I have decided to order my throw and lumbar pillows somewhere else because of this.

fabric swatches were a bit difficult to look at, the hover isn't quite as useful as clicking on and getting a large view. It is also nice to see the fabric on the item, if that could be done. Everytime I navigated away from the cart, it seemed to disappear, but if I added something to it, it would re-appear loaded with what I had in there. I've never seen that before. Otherwise, easy to navigate.
