Overall I had a very good experience. I even called and asked some questions and the customer service rep was very helpful. The only think keeping me from a 5 star rating is that it would be very helpful if the fabric choice could display on the picture of the item being reviewed. It's a bit difficult to make color choices from the small swatch that we are able to see. However, you had a great selection of fabrics to choose from.

I received the wrong fabric, or so I thought. Was not what I had previously ordered. When trying to examine what went wrong, I placed a call to the owner. He was anything but kind and understanding. He just kept saying "you got what you ordered". He was very impatient and rude. I will never order from wicker paradise again. I will throw the furniture out, before buying replacement cushions again.

The quality of the cushions themselves were fine. I was disappointed in the fabric quality. It faded after one season and for the money paid I didn't expect that.

your fabric swatch images are too small, there is no view my cart button, fabric choices should show on photo when you select it. All of those things would make it easier to select coordination fabrics. Also grouping fabrics together so the shopper knows what fabrics are coordinating would be very helpful.

Great website, easy to view options!

Received the product and all 3 pieces had the bottom finish cloth torn very badly and had many cobwebs/dead insects. The Seagrass was worn at the armrest on all pieces.
Cushions are made very nice and comfortable.

I called after 3 weeks and told it's always 4-6 weeks?
Why would website say 2-3?
It took the full 6 weeks
Truck driver was a miserable individual
Not a pleasant experience from start to finish

I was quoted 4 weeks to receive my cushions and pillows. It took 7 weeks to get only the first half of my order. It took many calls to finally get the rest of my order and then all my pillows were done in the wrong fabric! Their customer service was not knowledgable regarding my original order. Last but not least the fabric I chose was no longer available. Their website should be updated more frequently to eliminate out-of-stock fabrics. The cushions were very well made........this was the saving grace.
