The cushions arrived quickly. Fabric is pretty, cushions thick and fit the frame well. We couldn't have asked for more.

Good people to work with. Answered questions, polite, cushions arrived in a timely manner. Quality was better than the original cushion for my set.

When I had to make a change to my order, it was handled immediately and courteously. I was thrilled when my cushions arrived; the blue color was as expected and they fit perfectly. These were for an outdoor wicker love seat and a chair. I've left them out in the rain and they are still perfect and the beautiful blue color has not faded a bit after using all summer and fall in the hot Virginia sun.
The construction is excellent and I am certain they will last as long as I will <grin>.

The cushions were ok, but the back one was so thick we can not use it. I wish you could do the back cushion 10 times thinner! It is not possible to rest the back on it!

Received my beautiful replacement cushions promptly. When ordering forgot to request the free throw pillows. Emailed them about pillows and they once again promptly sent them out. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Quality is excellent. Prices are VERY good compared to anything else I looked at. I am very happy with the cushions I ordered for my Lloyd Flanders wicker set. The wicker set is very old and uniquely shaped, so I was thrilled to find I could order replacement cushions for it. I spray painted the set and got new cushions and it looks brand new.

I would like the opportunity to see my color choice on the cushions that I am purchasing. Hard to choose color from small square sample.

Good ordering experience. The order took longer than I was expecting when I placed it, and I called once to check up on it. I was told that that each order is custom made, and that is why it takes several weeks. I guess I assumed all the cushions were in stock. They were quite pricey too. But after I received them, I understood why they were expensive and why it took as long as it did for the order to arrive. The quality is is very high. The cushions looked exactly like they did on the site. They are very comfortable and sturdy and I'm sure they will last for years. I'm very pleased with them and would recommend Wicker Paradise to anyone.

The cushions fit my wicker rockers perfectly. They are made of very high quality fabric for outdoor use. The construction is also very high quality. I had purchased some,other cushion from another company and they were very cheaply made. These cushions are 5" thick - very well padded. They look awesome on my chairs.

Quality is excellent! Bigger than I expected but was able to work it out by switching some other pieces to another room. Owner Vince was willing to work with me if I could not get it to work. Applause for good customer support.

Not all replacement cushions have sizes listed. That would have been very helpful. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Ordering process is just fine. I called with a question about a color, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I received our cushions in about 3 weeks, and though we haven't yet put our porch back together for the upcoming season, everything looks great, and of very good quality. I had not realized how badly the filling in our old cushions had compressed until our new ones arrived. Can't wait for warmer weather so we can enjoy our new cushions! I would recommend Wicker Paradise.
