Enmanuella, I'm so sorry for the confusion. I double checked on this for you and it looks like we responded to your email on Aug 9th and your refund went through on the 9th as well. It can take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the funds and return them to you. While we issue and send your refund immediately, it generally it takes about 3-5 business days to process. Occasionally it can take longer, as it depends on your financial institution's turn around time. If you do not see the refund on your statement within 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider to find out why the funds have been delayed.
