Thank you for all the content you put on youtube and for the business you run.
I have taken massive action, not only in ordering your products but in aggressive debt pay down. Your advice is legit, when you pay down all credit debt across the board the score goes up. Adding high limits like AMEX will do little to bring score up when you have 18 years of credit history, but adding aged lines will do more as you say age trumps limit - absolutely true.
Though not all tradelines I ordered posted when expected, I filled out the support ticket then reach someone on the phone and was taken care of, it just took another month to post, the package of lines stayed on well past the said deadline at no additional cost. The key is good communication this company honours what they say.
As part of our strategy here is what we did:
We got $10k on a three month term from two business men to pay down credit debt to raise the score and lower utilisation. We were at 97% so had to lower for the AU's to even work. Then added AU's, then qualified for $15k colateral business loan, used it to payoff personal credit cards, then applied for more credit when we were under 60% utilisation on every card and stated getting approvals, now paying back the business men loans with the new credit at 0%.
In the process here is what was achieved over one year following the tips and advice learned through the videos.
598 Credit Jan 22,2019 with $45,470 in total credit limits, at 96% utilisation
In process added $67k in AU tradeline limits in Oct and Nov. 2019
706 Credit Jan 25,2020
$36,000 with 3 new personal and business term loans.
$31,000 with 6 new revolving credit cards - now $76,470 credit limits. Including myjewlersclub, new coast direct, discover IT, local bank credit card, lowe's, and raised credit limit $2k in two months.
$67,000 total new credit achieved from Aug 2019 to Feb 3,2020
Now will be at 35% utilisation on accounts without the AU's included.
This has changed everything for us, giving us positive cash flow to payoff further debt!
Last personal card was able to get a credit limit starting at $15,000 0% for 18 months!
