It has been less than two weeks since my purchase. I have received all documents as promised, and I am already on the 2nd step in this process. I have received stellar customer support from all teams involved. I would definitely use Wholesale Shelf Corporations again & I also highly recommend their services. Having a dedicated team working on my behalf has been a breath of fresh air.
I would recommend anyone who wants to get a shelf corporation to not buy from this company. Look elsewhere. This company does not help you. Their customer service assistants are horrible and cannot speak any English. Second, when you reach Scott, he hangs up. The man is a scammer. Please be careful. Take your money elsewhere.

Never try this company for your shelf corporation needs. They do not help you. First when you have someone that is not good in customer service you must run away and take your money elsewhere. Second, Scott does not even understand how to act professional. When he talks to you, he hangs up. Please be very careful.
Called me many times, sent a bunch of text messages urging that I buy today with a discount, many text messages from a few numbers. And when I texted back saying that I'm not interested, the person texting called me an $#*!.
So unprofessional, aggressive.

They informed me that they were selling a corp with up to $100k in credit/funding power. The corp had nothing, zero, nada. I had to proceed to use my credit which was something I was trying to avoid. This site and company is a scam. Once everything went through you could no longer reach the salesman.
This company and its owners, * are under investigation for fraud by the FTC. Look up Federal Trade Commission v. Grand Teton Professionals, Case No. 3:19 cv 933-VAB. They are still taking customer's monies.

The FTC investigation was regarding credit repair marketing regulations, and Grandtetonprofessionals.com has already reached a settlement with the FTC back in 2019, fully resolving the FTC's concerns regarding credit repair marketing. However, please note that Grandtetonprofessionals.com is no longer offering credit repair services. So, it is correct that the FTC investigated and reached a settlement with Grandtetonprofessionals.com in relation to credit repair marketing regulations, but this matter had nothing to do with wholesaleshelfcorporations.com nor shelf corporations.

As if 01/29/19 I have received documents pertaining to the completion of the Shelf Corp initiated 11/16/18. I'm concerned for several reasons 1) there appears to have been an email created for me without my approval 2) the list of COMPLETED tasks includes a 411 listing for the Corporation but if that is legitimate I would have received a prompt to enter a specific code to verify the phone number to be listed (this has not happened). My greatest concern is that my case has been handed off to another department. I received an email with contact information for the team member at Fast Unsecured who is to begin the NEXT phase to obtain funding. The email did not work. I received another email stating that I should contact support at Corporate Cash Credit. I received 1 phone call from Fast Unsecured 1/30/19 and again it was on a very static line with a team member who had a very strong non-English accent. I told him I was unable to understand what he was saying to me and he got upset and hung up the phone. After all that I have been through with them I'm so disheartened. I started Deletion Expert and purchased a Shelf Corp 11/16/18. I have been told that round 1 of the Deletion has been completed (21 days since I posted my complaint). I am to expect another progress report on the Deletions in another 21 days (this is the Fast Credit Sweep that I had to go to the police department and file a report for expedited services). No increase in credit score even though they sent a flurry of emails stating SUCCESS of deleted items. I see no improvement, it's been several months, and I started all of this believing in their claims as stated on the website. I paid a couple grand upfront and had to fight to with them to even get to this point. I SINCERELY WISH THAT MY REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY COULD BE AS GLOWING AS SOME OF THE OTHERS. I must say, Misty Burrell in the escalations department helped to get me this far. I strongly feel that I'd be in the midst of legal proceedings against this company if it hadn't been for her help. BUT I'm still sitting in a holding pattern... since November 16,2018. Disappointed and frustrated.

I want to make sure you understand that we guarantee that all of our corps come with ZERO liabilities, with the only exception of California Corps, which have a special disclosure in regards to the yearly franchise taxes, which must be paid by the customer and are completely separate from the purchase price.
So, if your corp was a California Corp, then this is why you have taxes to pay, and this is fully disclosed on our website and on our purchase form as well. If your Shelf Corporation was not a California Corp, and it came with liabilities, then we will be happy to either pay the liabilities for you or switch the Corp out for another one with zero liabilities. However, this situation, if true, would be a huge anomaly that has never happened before.

I ordered my shelf corporation along with several of their other services over four months ago. The sales person I was working with seems to have conveniently forgotten to start several of the processes needed to actually get everything done in time. Now he will not answer me regarding a discount for the lost time or effort put in nor can he give me a definite timeline of when I will actually be able to have the company ready for funding.
The funding they want to give you is mostly credit cards. Well, don't buy credit repair and the funding at once. They will get you a lot of credit cards, then use those to pay your balance, then you are unable to get the funding they promised because of the high balances they created on your cards leaving you unable to be the guarantor on the very thing you went to them for help with in the first place.
Steer clear! I have been fighting this for four months and it looks like I have several more to go. Unfortunately, I may have to turn them all over to the FBI for investigation.
BTW they have a disclaimer under their return policy that if you notify the credit card companies of their potential scam then you have to pay 200% of the total cost! I am getting an attorney involved to get me out of this mess.
