My bags that cost $210 did not pass the custom, so it was sent back to them, i was so clear about it, before i ordered that if this happens, can i get a refund, they said yes they will refund me or re send my order, so it happened, now they are asking $100 and they will send back my orders! $100, are they crazy! They are crazy! So i said i do not have that kind of money, and i said if they can just refund me, since the bags are already with them, they received it already, they said NO REFUND! NOW THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY MESSAGES, THEY IGNORED ME! NO REFUND NO EMAIL! Until now i am trying to get hold of any of them, i told them just refund me, deduct the shipping! Or send it to other country, my relatives! But NO ANSWER! TOATALLY IGNORED me! Until now,! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE LIERS, CHEATERS, I am a small business i told them!
