Some guy with a strong east Indican accent, claiming to be one of over 100 employees, who in fact happens to be the only one that ever answers the phone... he asked to be given access to my computer as 'it was the only way to refund the money into my account'. When i said no, he said the only other way to refund was by issuing a cheque of $200.00, but that I had to give him back the difference by going to a nearby walmart and buying 2x$50.00 gift cards and give him the codes prior to him mailing the cheque. The conversation was so bizzare to say the least. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE PURCHASE NOR GET A REFUND OF $188.77. DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA! ITS A SCAM! I have put a claim with u.s.a. Consumer Affairs

Sture uses fake VeriSign seal, that is a strong fraud sign. Stay away!
Got what I ordered considering the price paid, though lucky I ordered one size up. Should have ordered two sizes up for even better fit for the second item. Acceptable delivery time. Fabric quality not good, color not same shade as on the photo. Including shipping cost in the item cost (so called free shipping) is counterproductive if one might wish to order more than one item and for the level of customs fees+duty. Customer service replied my questions. But their policy that the customer has only 72 hours to respond their message to keep any inquiry/complaint alive does not sound reasonable. Tracking number provided was valid. EDIT: Now that after few months I consider I might order from them again I notice that they change company name and website to Rotita.com. It does not sound like a good move if the company is legitimate and trying to build a good base of return customers. I think I will look elsewhere for my next purchase.
