I saw all the great reviews and decided to give this his website a try, big mistake. I place my order for over $300 in inventory on 4/11/21 and my order still has not shipped. Over 5 of the looks are out of stock. I'm still going back and forth with Wholesale7 about sending what they have or just refund all of my money. I will never use them again. They deserve 0 stars.

So I placed the order with them about 3 weeks ago I finally decided to hit them up 2 days ago asking where was my package they finally got back to me 2 Days later saying a couple things was out of stock I don't understand why I had to message them to find out that they was out of stock but whatever whats really pissing me off is the fact that my order still saying its processing 3 weeks later I just want my money back at this point... Worse vendor ever...

So my first order was decent the majority of the clothing was good quality and I got rid of it pretty quick, so I decide to try it again and put a new order in. It was $500+. First i recieved an email saying it was delivered so I reach out trying to find out what's going on and all they could say was it says recieved, than they tell me to reach out to FedEx for a number that FedEx says doesn't even exist. I gave them the only info that FedEx gave me top give them and they just proceeded to tell me in every email that I need to obtain a record number, although I kept telling them FedEx said that there's no such thing. I live on the West side of Chicago. Can anyone tell me wtf was going on in July in Chicago?! Looting! Come to find out my package was signed Covid-19?! Who does that?! I've been messaging these people since July about my package and I now recieved a message saying it's been too long there's nothing that they can do, but they really never did anything to help me.

I will not order from them again. The first order took two weeks just to order everything I chose they would send me a message 3 days later saying it's out of stock. Such a headache that I just told them to ship what was in stock and cancel the rest. The second order they waited a week to tell me that they didn't have non of it in stock I'm so done with this company a total of a whole month trying to order. I could have had it from Alibaba buy now without the bulls**t.

wholesale7.net is a legit website but they won't tell you if their inventory is out of or not. Even if you choose fast shipping they still take the whole 1 month and half of another month in easy meaning 45 days. There customer service is poor too I purchase their total of $140 and choose fast shipping on September 25 it supposes to be here by October 7-9 but it's October 28/2021 and I haven't received any update from them. Guys don't buy their quality is so poor. Ross and Burlington are far better. Don't be cheap and get fool.

This company is fraudulent, a total RIP off. The picture that presented is not what you get once you receive the items. Upon contacting them to return the order to get a refund, you are asked question like they are making you leave a review, so they can become better a scamming people with their items. The clothing that I recieved, I didn't even have to open most of the packaging, because I could see that it was not what I ordered; and a few items that I rdered, they fitted perfectly in some places, but in other places they were saggy; for example, the groin area. I got another outfit that I order 4x smaller because of the material it was made of and it was still too big and saggy, that my breast were totally showing. Not only that, I live in the states at the bottom of the map, it cost more to return the items than what I wanted to return. If you do order from this website, be careful! I would suggest ordering shirts than anything, if that; and even so I would order maybe under 5 items just to be sure.

Is this website really legit because they do not respond back to you to save a life. I've been reaching out to them since Monday for a n order made on Friday but nobody have tried to reach out or anything. This is horrible because I wanted to use them as my vendor. I read a lot of reviews about them and thought they would be a great fit but I don't think I can work with them after this.

If you reside in an apartment building do not attempt to purchase items from this place. They forgot to include my apartment number and I never received the package. It has been over 2 months and they are refusing to acknowledge that there was an issue. When I received confirmation of payment my apartment number was listed in the shipping address however when the package was shipped there was no apartment.

For a building without concierge service this means that Fed Ex would leave the items in front of the building and for a game like steal the bacon, whoever sees it first gets it even though I'm upstairs in my apartment waiting for the doorbell to ring. There is a serious lack of integrity with how this company deals with its own errors.

Run... run away far away... this site is not legit... and they say chic me is bad lol... ordered my items still saying processing... looks as if its a old computer they are using and it is still being updated... still hasn't been shipped but let me see what they are gonna do will be back with an update

I paid for a merchandise that I never received. They sent my merchandise to other country and refused to solve the situation or refund my money. The worst wholesaler ever! Don't buy anything from this company or you will loose your money just like me.

Wholesale7 sent me a poor quality dress that looked like a mediocre seamstress made it. Upon return, I was told that I would only receive 20% refund, and pay shipping and taxes. Shipping for an opened package is normal but there are no taxes to pay on a returned item. Tax usually applies to a purchase, not a return. I will not do business with Wholesale7 again.

Worst experience of my life, to keep the story short.
They are so BAD ASF.
Theyy sell product that's not in stock without telling you from the start.
They deceive people by saying its in stock, after few days ( its not in stock)
The worst part is the workers of livechat.
The only thing they will say is refund or replacement all the time, they ignore the complain completely everytime because they are scared. They $#*!ed up and dont compesate you. Dont ever buy clothes here, workers= no motivation/unexperienced/lazy/careno$#*!about customers/earn money on a bad way/liars/deceive. Im so sorry that i cant rate a zero.

If you have important events birthdays etc DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are not reliable and they will take your money you pay for shipping which is high for fast delivery and boom! They tell you they don't have the items in stock you can't get a refund right away can't contact any human! I've have more than 3 experiences with them let down inconvenienced EVERY TIME FO NOT SHOP HERE!

I placed several orders for dropship. The changed an orders address and gave me a run around for over a week stating they will refund me just to say no never mind no refund. Another order, the product was not as shown on the website. I disputed with my bank and got both refunds. Jaden and Izzie is the worst.

Working with PayPal to resolve this. The company is asking I close the dispute. When I called PayPal to ask them they warned me to NOT close the dispute. The people at PayPal even told me that sounds fishy.

I wish I can post minus star because they're rib off business. I ordered 6 items but just received 4 instead with full price of 7 items. I had tried to contact them too many time but haven't receive any reply from them. I need my money of 2 items back. I have never write any review about my shopping online because sometime the picture will look different from out side. I do understand that.so I never complaint about the quality of clothes. But I can't stand with a rib off business like this. Whoever read my review please be aware from this website. Because I did post some review on their web but it doesn't show up. I think they are select a good review to post it.

Absolutely horrible. Not only was everything not the size it states on the order but customer service was rude as $#*!. Will never be shopping there again i recommend actually buying quality clothes because you definitely get what you pay for.

Well I order 3 items from this website and it's been 2 weeks I have not yet receive my stuff! It's not even close by me I'm Sick of this I'm never ordering nothing again from this website :/

This was my first purchase I have a resale license and a legitimate business and the items I wanted most are sold out. I keep asking to cancel my order and just get a full refund and they are giving me a hard time. My order is not even done processing they haven't shipped anything so what's the problem with returning my money it hasn't even been a full 7 days since placing my order they need to return my money

Everything I ordered said ready to ship in 48hrs my order said processing and after 24hrs every item on my order said delayed shipping! I'm pissed and so over it smh my website launches in 6 days and I won't have all my inventory

I have ordered 4 items from wholesale7 im in South Africa. I was not aware of extra hidden cost so i have contacted them to cancel the order and return it back to there warehouse and i have requested my refund. Chocking responce sorry to here that we cannot refund you. If you do not accept the parcel it will be destroyed.and who's money are we talking about here i have not receive the parcel i paid full amount. But i cannot get it back. This is trap i have never seen i always order from other companies but this is so irritating. They are advertising false information why they have refund policy if they do not follow them.the only thing i need is my money back and i am done with this company it a realy scam.if the parcel is not returned in 14days from. There warehouse as i have cancelled the order i will have to reffere the matter to legal.
