This is 100% Authentic Proof that Wholesale-dress.net Cheats customers; If you require I can show you all proof
DO not be fooled by their cheap prices. THEY are Top Class CHEATERS.
Every person has got cheated if they know it or NOT.
1. Cheat on shipping. The price Quoted for shipping is 55% higher.
2. They cheat on clothing quality; hence cheat you on value.
3. They cheat you by not sending all the items you order stating out of stock and refunding the amount into your account. This is a gimmick played by them; they will not refund you in cash or PayPal
4. For wholesale orders they say free shipping above a certain value; but when you order from a particular link only for wholesale e.g.: china stock they increase the prices in that category; Hence making you pay more shipping and the items.
5. Every item has more than one link with different prices e.g.; if a dress was 4USD you can find the same item with a different price of 6USD or 1 USD even 15 USD. Be careful.
6. Please be careful when choosing items pay attention to Item code. Because 90% of their clothing is NOT in stock. What I mean is Mainly Drop-ship items. E.g.: If you order an item code M, ZS or J. And you order the shipping fee will automatically increase by 20 to 50 % and if you order item code W the shipping price will depend on the location there are shipping.
This is my story.
My items were never dispatched because they say a system generated error occurred causing not to show the correct Shipping charge. The said value was above 360 USD. China stock items that is eligible for free shipping. They requested me to pay an additional 150 USD for shipping
If not they will not dispatch the items.
Up to date I have not received any refund to any of my accounts I have sent more than 60 e mails to them No respond.
Plus I have 40 USD in my wholesale dress.net account bring the total to 400 USD.
The 1st time I ordered from them.
I encountered these issues.
My order arrived after 22days; FEDEX website showed Package Anticipated pickup date 30th August 2012. The said package was to arrive within 4-6 working days. Never did.
I was refunded a total of 40 USD to my wholesale dress.net account. Items were out of stock.
4 items were Damage. 3 were Dirty and color was off.
My advice is keep away if you did not get cheated the 1st time you are bound to be cheated them 2nd.
There is no legal Authority we can complain too to take any legal action against them.
Please keep away!
Still if you are adornment and want to buy from them please check availability, check item codes and do not keep any money in your Wholesale dress.net account replace the amount with items. Inform them that you want a confirmation e mail sent to your account with a Performa Invoice signed and sealed.
2nd tip is save the pictures to your Hand drive and increase the brightness on the picture to see the real quality of the product.
3rd tip if the Gsm value is lower than 220gsm that means it is BAD quality.
Please don't let all these negative reviews dissuade you from buying from this site. I ordered 2 items from them on the 21 st of June and they arrived on the 27th completely fine and exactly as described and pictured on the site. I was really impressed that they even had the option to ship from a US warehouse. The clothes arrived free of stains, rips or popped seams and the over all quality can be compared to that of Forever 21. Definitely worth the $10.00 paid for the pants and the $6.75 paid for the hoodie. I have included a link to a photo comparison to really give readers a concrete idea of what I'm talking about.
I feel that the numerous issues that so many have experienced largely stem from the buyer's inexperience with international vendors. China is known for creating cheap replicas of popular fashions. Online stores like Wholesale dress are simply selling these replicas from their warehouses. They can't be directly compared to the online stores found in one's native country (ie, Karmaloop, Asos) so one must enter a purchase knowing that some assumed standards may not be met.
Here are a few guidelines that I think will make purchasing from whole sale dress (as well as other international online stores) much less frustrating.
A) Use a measuring tape. Measure your self and compare those numbers to the dimensions given on the web site. If you're ordering from a American/European country, keep in mind that no only are these clothes extremely cheap, but they are tailored for a smaller Asian frame so you will most likely have to order a size OR 2 up.
B) Keep your first purchase small and keep in mind that you get what you pay for. As a discerning online buyer I really can't imagine why someone would throw $400 at a website that they've never ordered from. I also can't understand why someone would be angry when the color of a 4 dollar shirt is one shade off. Keep in mind the unpredictability of overseas shipping and air mail. These products are extremely cheap so just start low, test the reliability and go from there.
C) Be patient. These items are being shipped from and where they are being shipped to. I ordered from the US and luckily Whole sale dress has a ware house stationed in NY. My shipping took a week but that is NOT the norm with international sellers. I've ordered products from YesSyle (who only ship from overseas) and my items have taken up to 7 weeks to arrive. That is VERY typical and is in no way an indicator of shady dealings. It is also normal to be given a tracking number that is virtually useless. Once again this isn't a sign of a scam but more byproduct of shipping services that aren't american or European based.
Here is a link to the photo comparisons of my purchases.

I didn't do enough research before deciding to buy on this website, and totally regret it now. You see, on their website, they do show product reviews too, but only the GOOD product reviews, and I trusted those reviews. But then, coming to this website and seeing the other comments, I realised that they DELETE THE BAD REVIEWS, so you only get one side of the story!
The following is what went wrong with my order that could happen to you too:
1) Shipping is BULL$#*!.
- They have a variety of shipping methods for you to choose when you check out. I chose "LWE Express" courier for my shipping. The website said this shipping method would take "2-4 days" to reach me. Guess what, it's been 2 WEEKS now, and I still haven't got anything. I don't know if what I ordered will eventually reach me, and if so, how long it will take. This alone constitutes fraud - telling a customer they can expect to receive their goods in 2-4 days, but obviously not meaning it!
- I was sent a tracking number a few days after my order was made, to track my package, but when I went to LWE Express' website and entered it, the tracking number was not recognised. So I spoke to a customer service officer via wholesale-dress.net's Live Chat about this, and she sent me a link to a website called "Dragon Link" and asked me to enter the tracking number there. And guess what again, that website she sent me to had a VIRUS! Luckily I have AVG Anti-Virus installed on my computer and it blocked that website for me, if not I would have been infected! When I confronted the customer service officer about this and told her I couldn't use the website she sent me to 'cos it had a virus, she told me "your package will arrive in 4 days"... and guess what, that was a lie, 'cos it's been 2 weeks now as I said, and still no sign of anything!
2) They deliberately do not send you some items out of those you order, claiming those items are "out of stock". Why do they do this? I'll explain.
- Firstly, the "out of stock" excuse is a lie. Because even though these items are listed as "out of stock", on the product page they are STILL being made available for others to purchase. And if I myself try to order them again (in a new order), I can STILL purchase them. So, either their stocking system is faulty, or they are lying about those items being "out of stock".
- Secondly, I realised why they tell you some items are "out of stock" when they aren't. Because, they don't refund the cost of these "out of stock" items to your PayPal; they refund the cost back to YOUR STORE ACCOUNT. In other words, you can NEVER get the refunded money back since it's "trapped" in the wholesale-dress.net store as store credit, so your only option is to spend it on more items from their store! Bear in mind then, that if you make another order, you'll have to pay for shipping all over again! (And go through the same nightmare!)
- Thirdly, by saying the items are out of stock, they can cheat you on shipping. They did credit back some money into my store account for the difference in shipping cost (since they are now shipping fewer items to me than what I paid for), but that amount credited back is LESS than what I should have got! (Shipping goes by weight so you can calculate it yourself, and every item has its weight shown on the product page.)
---------------------------------------------------
I can't comment on product quality as of now, because I haven't yet got my items. I will wait another week, and if I still don't receive anything, I'm going to file a dispute with my bank and demand a chargeback.
Ladies, BEWARE!
Okay. I'm defninitely in the minority here but let me say that this is a good site:
IF and ONLY IF you know what you're doing and getting into. I took a chance on this site so let me tell you what you can expect
1) If you're American or European, please try to remember that these are clothes for a generally fit and petit culture. For example. I bought tee shirts. (I'm an American XL sized man). XL and XXL are basically Meduim and Large respectively. I cannot stress enough to USE THE MEASUREMENT CALCULATOR and a measurement chart for your clothes. I have included a link that helped me figure this out.
http://americanapparel.net/sizing/default.asp?chart=mu.shirts
2) The material of the t-shirts I got were an uncommon blend of cotton and lycra (the material used in spandex) This means that there's no real lee way with the sizes. Do the math carefully because although they won't be skin-tight, they won't be as loose as cotton either.
3) "But Miguel! What's the quality of the tee shirt designs!?" You may ask. First of all, don't speak to me in that tone. ;) and the quality is actually pretty good. The designs are nice and they look like they'll last over a year. Pretty good, considering the price. I'm really happy with the clothes even though they do run a bit smaller than expected.
4)Here's a biggie. Expect to be overcharged for shipping. Expect it. Accept it. There's really nothing you can do but don't worry, its not THAT bad. Also, if you're really a half glass full guy like me, look at it this way: Most other sites like this require a minimun bulk order. The ones that don't, charge you for having less than you should PLUS overpriced shipping. Think about that for a sec.
5) If at all possible, look in the New Arrivals section and, again this is a biggie, make sure its in stock. If you order from New Arrivals, the odds of it going out of stock is way way way less.
6)The orders take about one week to prepare. Don't freak out. I ordered and after 6 days, it shipped. I used UPS (GET UPS, its trackable) and it only took three days to get to Florida. Not bad at all.
I can't comment on the whole ripped/torn/stained clothes people keep talking about because that didn't happen to me. But I will say this. You get what you pay for. The clothes are gorgeous, yes but for your own sake, be realistic. Pretend you're seeing these clothes at a flea market instead of a "cool exotic site". It'll help you buy more wisely. I will order from them again. Beginners luck? Maybe. But I was lucky enough to get some pretty cool, unique clothes. That's what I was in the market for in the first place :)
I made a recent order after 1 year of if, and and maybes. So as a wholesale buyer I also do my shopping online. I decided to make my first purchase about two months ago... Thumbs down! I was very disappointed that the dress was made for a 10-12 year old child with chiffon material. Which is the cheapest material and the lining of the dress was not in proper lining, coordination. Oringinally the dress was 14.86 what I paid for it. Afterwards two days later not receiving the dress yet I found the same dress posted two other times for 12.86 and 18 dollars. So this dress was posted three times at different prices. I was ripped off and recieved a dress that was not sewn together properly.
For all you potential buyers of the site. I must say I been on this site browsing for over a year or almost two years cause I am A wholesaler. As they do have wholesale items for us Buyers. I have seen the price fluctuate to serious high prices. For example the pink wool jacket so cute, it was only 19.99 now it is about 29.99 for the jacket. The price jumps according to the views and comments. Now it is possible to keep searching if you have the time. You can possible find the jacket in the matrix-disorganized-cheaply designed & for certain to rip you offs. This is not chinas styles as well it style that is copied. So it is not asian clothing because we as USA would not shop there as often. I highly reccommend to look pass what the items appear to look like to the eye... Please A fair warning the clothes are not worth your money... EXAMPLE the cute dress its the western maxi dress pink and aqua with brown coloring. Fits A 10-12 year old no breast. Was sold to me at 14.86 plus shipping fees of about 15.00 dollars they go buy grams now the dress is chiffon and very light. I can shop on ebay for and buy from china wheeey CheapER! So to spell it out they RIP ME OFF the dress was in the data base for a cheaper price then I purchased it and one slightly higher. 30.00 COST FOR A 12.86 DRESS WITH SHIPPING. I COULD HAVE WENT TO MACYS AND DID BETTER THEN THAT. Besides the linings of the dress was all screwed up and some thread was hanging. Also remember that these clothing are very cheap and china and asian women and men are formed very thin, boney and kinda short... They can not make these clothes to fit us from a china model figure... That would be selling us the models figures and measures. If you are desperate then you will shop on that site. Other than that NO recommendations... PLease Dont waste your money if they are doing this... Every dollar add up!
THIS IS THE WORST SITE! I ordered my dress the first of march. It is now the 11 of april. I ordered said dress for a wedding on the 20th of march. After being promised the 12th then the 19th I inquired the date having the 25th come and gone... I was told the 10th of april. A few days later I recieved an email saying the 20th of april. I was very angry at this point and couldn't believe the service I had gotten. Actually getting hung up on and having the phone sat down next to the keyboard ( i could hear clicking from the keys) and left. It is now the 11th and after getting on chat to find out where my order was I am told that since " i didn't agree to more time they stopped making it" when I asked to speak to the dress makers they said they sent it out and they didn't have a phone number for them... really?... I also asked about the place to go about reviews as everything on their site is great they refused to tell me. Just "i haven't agree to more time" I'm very offended of my treatment and I will never go to this site again nor will I send anyone I know to this site. This site is a fraudulant site and some of the worse "employee's" i've ever ran across in my life... Please save your money and time and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A WEBSITE.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Yes their clothes are cheap and I wasn't expecting anything amazing but that does not mean they should sell clothes that are not even fit for wearing.
I bought some items from www.wholesale-dress.net about three weeks ago now. I spent a good $118 with them. The clothes in the pictures looked great and some of the items I bought weren't even that cheap. So I selected and I paid only to find out that about 60% of my items were not in stock. I had to literally bend over backwards and dispute with PayPal to get a refund for the items which they didn't have in stock. Instead they wanted me to select alternatives. I was well within my right to receive my money back for items that did not exist in the first place.
Thats not the end of it. The items which were in stock came in the post a week or so later. All except one item (which I didn't even order) were faulty. Ripping on one dress (looked as if it had already been used), stitchings coming undone (as if they were made by child labour), a belt that was falling to pieces and looked used as well as missing buttons and button holes which were too small to even fit buttons in.
These clothes were not only faulty but they were not as pictured in the images on the website. I now understand that these images were taken from Korean and Japanese websites. False advertising is wrong. Selling damaged and used goods unless stated is wrong.
I have disputed and they refuse to answer me correctly. They offered me a refund but didn't give it to me. Then I received an email stating that the refund they offered was a mistake and that I was not entitled to my money back. Not entitled to my rights as an online consumer for a refund? I own an online shop, I have to follow regulations, I know the law.
After opening a PayPal dispute they said that if I closed the dispute I would get my money back. Lies... They decided to change their minds.
I tried to get names out of these people but all refused to give me real names.
I am constantly ignored on their 'chat'.
These guys are scammers so watch out. They will send you faulty/damaged goods, they will send you items that you didn't even ask for, they will ignore you.
BE CAREFUL! Go to legitimate Korean and Japanese websites such as GMarket in Korea. The clothes are also still cheap but far better quality and are not fake copies of what they advertise.
I am still battling with these people for my money back for damaged goods. I am yet to hear back from someone with a real name who actually makes sense.
I learnt my lesson. I hope you never have to go through this ordeal too! Please I advise everyone to go to GMarket instead.
This website is fine (at least for lingere/costumes) as long as you know what you're getting into:
-They sell cheap Chinese knock-offs. Materials aren't always exact.
-You get what you pay for, both in terms of quality and service.
-Not everything you get will be good.
-The quality of goods is what you'd find in a nightmarket or chinatown. They won't last that long.
-Clothing is in Asian sizes: smaller then you're used to and inconsistent both between identical items and across different items.
-They don't really communicate. Items not in stock will be removed from your order, and you'll be awarded a site-credit (which can be refunded if you can explain it to them, apparently).
-"Free size" is not one size fits all. It's XS-S in western terms.
-Buying from this website is gambling. They aggregate clothes from other companies and do no QC themselves.
-I think the negative reviews are from people with overly high expectations. If it's too good to be true, it's not.
-Shipping prices are high. They sell you the expensive express shipping (they claim without markup)... but it is quite express. If you're not happy with shipping charges from Asia, shop on dealextreme.com where they bake it into the price.
So... with that in mind, why would *anyone* shop there? Because they have a crazy selection and are very cheap at the end of the day.
I was happy with 80% of my items, and would gamble again.
Here's my experience:
I discovered this site after using a www.tineye.com image search on some eBay items, eventually finding the matching item for a lot less money.
I was absolutely blown away by the sheer volume of lingerie and costumes on this site, and eventually settled on 120$ of merchandise.
That's when I ran into the piles of negative reviews, and unsatisfied customers. I learned that wholesale-dress.net makes cheap Chinese sweat-shop labor knock-offs of nice looking stock photos from Japan/Korea. Balancing out the negative reviews was an asian forum, where people posted examples of what they expected and what they received. http://forum.asiajam.com/general-fashion-talk/*******-official-wholesale-site-reviews-thread.html?highlight=wholesale It generally didn't seem so bad. On the other hand was a wordpress blog, http://roilas.wordpress.com/, which is clear astroturfing - fake consumer review / advertising.
So I was worried, and tried to find my items on different sites. I couldn't - they either wouldn't ship to USA, had minimum quantity requirements, or lacked my items of interest. Reviews on other asian wholesalers are similarly dismal. I finally decided to gamble, threw in my order, and hoped for the best.
My parcel surprised me at my door within a week of entering my order. I had no idea it had shipped. The shipping was very high, but since it was express UPS didn't charge brokerage fees for clearing customs - usually 20$ according to the deliveryman.
My order was short two items, and I had been site-credited full price and a reasonable amount of shipping - I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that. I was mostly quite happy with my items.
Out of 16 items, I had 3 items that were either significantly not as described or had noticeable production issues/poor workmanship. I'm not sure if it's worth trying to get a refund or credit on 20$ of items. It may not be worth the effort; Chinese stores generally don't accept returns for any reason. Unlike in the West prices of goods are not inflated to cover the cost of returns, so you're dealing with a fundamentally different cultural mentality when you start such discussions.
Overall, I'm very happy with what I got.

Lydia:
What do you mean prepare? As in 3-6 working and then another couple of more days on top of that waiting for the shipment, or you just mean 3-6 working days until i get my order?
Helen:
Preparation
Lydia:
Preparation for what sorry? Please bare with me if im asking too many questions its because i have made just paid alot for the order so i am concerned
Helen:
Dear, we have a lot of process
Lydia:
Please don't call me dear, i find that a bit rude, but yeah so 3-6 working days for preparation and then another 3-6 working days until i get my order?
Helen:
You make a order first, then pay it, we need to check, then begin to prepare it, steps: we have many orders every day, distribute them to different group, and prepare them
Helen:
We have too many steps so that need a long time to prepare
Lydia:
Okay i understand that, so what im asking is it will take 3-6 workings days for preparation and then another 3-6 working days for me to receive my order then?
Lydia:
I have chosen the shipping method with Fed-Ex
Helen:
Yes
Helen:
Fedex will need 3-6working days to arrive you
Lydia:
Okay so i should expect a delivery 14 days from today?
Helen:
Hehe
Lydia:
What is so funny?
Lydia:
Is this how you treat your customers? Is this for real, i feel like its a joke. What is so funny?
Lydia:
Are you still there or?
Lydia:
So i was asking, I should expect a delivery then 14 days from today?
Helen:
Yes
Helen:
Just maybe
Lydia:
Why maybe?
Helen:
If everything is ok, maybe only need 3+3days
Lydia:
When will you guys inform me when some of the items i have ordered are out of stock?
Helen:
When we find out it, maybe 2-3days after we begin to prepare it
Lydia:
Okay, then what will happen if i have items in my order that are out of stock? Do you guys refund the money for items missing including a small refund for shipment aswell?
Helen:
Yes, dear
Lydia:
Okay great dear, thanks for your assistance, i shall be expecting an email from you guys 3 days from now with an update about my items, bye bye
Helen:
Welcome
Helen:
