If I could give negative stars, I would...
Everything I ordered from WhOlee is damaged and didn't receive all items which have been paid for. Since I can't contact anyone at this place and their system as I look to do a refund says my email doesn't exist, yet I have the app on my phone and then to beat it all it says I have never placed an order yet I have all of their damaged packaging with their name on it. The worst and now I have to buy my grandkids Christmas gifts all over again.

The women's outdoor vests I purchased, (according to their sizing charts!) would have fit a child, not EVEN the adult 4X and XXL I purchased. Trying to get the items returned is turning into a real pain and not very easy to do. The women's water proof lined boots are not for the outdoors, they are an indoor slipper at best. Very low quality. There is a reason this stuff is so inexpensive, you will get what you pay for. Do not trust their sizing charts it is no where near correct.

Run from this company. They have my order saying delivered. But I never received it. This was a birthday present for my daughter. Thanks alot for making me feel like the worst mother ever. She looked for this for days. Something she really wanted

Ordered really CUTE shoes. Couldn't wear them. The shoe was poor quality, material like a moccasin, foot bed flat, no arch support, no structure, toes/foot slid through and toes hung way over the end, the buckle could not be buckled because hardware did not match. There is no customer service through the web site. The web site invites you to CHAT but the chat box is not active and no keyboard pop up for typing. I called the phone number provided but only got an answer machine that was full so could not leave a message.

I ordered 1 pair of dressy sandals and, though not amazing, they turned out OK and fit well, better than I expected (considering the very low price).
Then I ordered a pair of boots and a handbag. The boots also turned out OK, but not exactly in the colors I expected. The handbag is OK, but smaller than I expected based on the online photos.
Then I ordered a pair of dressier sandals for the fall. They came on time and fit OK, they don't look quite as nice as in the photos, but they are acceptable.
All in all, considering my initial low expectations, I am happy enough with my purchases. They were also delivered a little ahead of the promised date.
Given the very low prices, I expected junk but was pleasantly surprised to get quite acceptable merchandise.

I guess I'm not the only one who have been scammed by these people! I really did everything in my power not to come here to write a review but these people are a pure joke! Despite the size guidelines they provide when you shop, they're not consistent and their clothes were not fitting and poor quality. They make sure it's hard for you to get in touch of them and when you do they make sure they'll put you through hell to be able to request a refund. If you bought 20 items they'll want you to put in a query for each item even if its from the same order and the emails can be too much and worse when you're not being helped! Right now it's been almost a month of back and forth and most of the time it feels like you're talking to a machine with an automated response and no concern about you whatsoever. They'll force you to keep their items even if you can't use it and even suggest you to sell the items. These are scammers and I'm sincerely warning you not buy from them. A week ago I got so busy with work that I could not respond to their ‘automated' and unhelpful response and they closed down all the queries stating that I had not responded. The amount of stress you have to go through with these people is totally not worth it and quality is poor.

I ordered 3 shirts from Wholee all of which were fitting like 2 sizes smaller than the size ordered. I guess if you are ordering things that come from China you need to order to sizes larger than what you normally wear. I had ordered sunglasses from Wholee that arrived in a timely manner and were what was ordered. Just don't ordered clothes. Plus there was a shirt that I had ordered that they said was defective and didn't send, but I did not receive a credit for it.

Got the sweater but it was not possible for my head to go through the opening was the size of my fist I got XL even I am M.
To return it cost $9 so it will go to trash.
Never again!

I bought two pairs of shoes size 9.5 that's my size in USA, they delivered them but they are at least one size bigger,very large for my feet and they don't look like their advertising. Also I didn't have a wHolee app installed when I bought the shoes and I can't return them or exchange. I emailed them several times- no answer.Do not buy anything from them!

Never every buy anything on this app. Total crap. BEWARE of this app. Very dangerous. Completely fraud.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. YOU WILL REGRET!
I went through a hell of a time with this company of scoundrels! They operate under the company name of V&A BORDERLESS PTE LTD.
I paid for the clothes through PayPal. Even then, they tried to PLAY DIRTY IN MANY WAYS. The items were not as advertised. When I wanted to return, they delayed sending me the return labels. For one item, they never sent me the return shipping label. In the end, they tried to keep some money without refunding in full. It was a STRESSFUL experience dealing with this company, and a lot of TIME was WASTED! Save all the hassle and shop somewhere proper.

AUJOURD'HUI, ILS ME FONT UNE OFFRE RIDICULE; 30% DE 207$ USD RIDICULE. J'AI PAYÉ 1057,91$ CAD POUR DES VÊTEMENTS DONT 89% NE ME FONT PAS. IL EST ÉVIDENT QUE JE NE SUIS PAS INTÉRESSÉE ET QU'ILS ESSAYENT DE CONTINUER DE RENDRE MON MAGASINAGE DÉPLAISANT EN ME FAISANT PERDRE MON TEMPS.
