Choosing Whole Blossoms for my wedding flowers was one of the best decisions I made while planning my special day! I had the most delightful experience with their service. The pink peonies and white roses I ordered arrived in such pristine condition, they took my breath away. Each bloom was vibrant and bursting with life, adding an exquisitely romantic touch to the ceremony and reception. The flowers looked fresh throughout the day, exuding a natural elegance that perfectly matched the aesthetics of my wedding. The care and attention to detail from Whole Blossoms were evident, from the meticulous packaging to ensure their safe arrival to their prompt customer service that addressed every query I had. Their dedication to providing premium-quality flowers at a reasonable price truly sets them apart. Whole Blossoms have my heartfelt recommendation for anyone looking to add that special floral touch to their event. They're truly a cut above the rest!
My boss ordered 20 stems for her mom for her mom's birthday. They arrived on time but the flowers were brown and dead. We tried calling customer service multiple times to get a refund and they refused because she only had a picture of a few of the flowers in it. After arguing several times, $200 spent for dead flowers, they refunded her a whooping $40. Never again will we purchase flowers from here.

I originally ordered tulip magnolia blossoms. They were a disaster and it was not a lack of knowledge/timing/etc. On my part. Hundreds of dollars and I went through a laborious process to verify them for days on end with photos etc. before receiving a credit. Tried to use the store credit and the code they gave me didn't work. Has taken multiple phone calls/emails/texts to try to get a code that works. Then told at the end that my store credit was only for half of the original product. Money aside, the time involved has been ridiculous. I would never, ever use this company again. If you do and have a problem I hope you have hours on end to spend on getting it resolved.
Tip for consumers:
The existing system to allow customers to use a "credit" is impossible to use. Required multiple phone calls, texts and emails and days of time.

Ordered 25 stems of lilly of the valley. The packing was poor,, they had come out of the wrapping. Several were broken, none were fresh, no aroma remaining. A total waste of time and money.
Tip for consumers:
Expensive, but total waste of time and money

They substituted all 3 flowers I ordered. The pictures aren't even close to the actual colors and they didn't ship when they said they would. So far they are 2 days late and counting. Cezanne purple roses are not the same flower as topaz hot pink. Getting someone on the phone is a chore and then they just spout all their little protection phrases. Worthless. Don't trust them if it is important.
Tip for consumers:
Absolutely untrustworthy.

I worked with the whole blossoms team to select the perfect delivery day for my event. I eagerly awaited my overnight delivery, which did not arrive; whole blossoms even contacted me about the delay!
Unfortunately, I received zero sympathies or assistance from the whole blossoms team for my late delivery. The flowers were closed entirely, and there was no time before my event to let them open.
I was in constant communication about the delay and the resulting issues. I received blocks of text about how none of this was a problem or their fault (really, it is FedEX's fault).
I am so depressed that I trusted my daughter's baptism to this company. I have closed buds that arrived late, and I had to purchase other flowers at the groceries store.
I hope this does not happen to anyone else

I ordered flowers for an event that was cancelled due to a family tragedy. When I went to cancel my order 3 months before the flowers were due to be delivered, their own website said the cancellation fee would be 15% (see image), which I was fine with. I hit accept and proceeded with the cancellation. I then received a call from them saying they were going to charge me an additional 20%, even though I had accepted the 15%. After bouts and bouts of phone calls, I am horrified. They refused to make it 15% and were extremely difficult to work with.
They also admitted they are not USA-based, which does not bother me, but it seems so strange to lie to customers about where their flowers are coming from. They are based in Delhi, India. Why lie about where you are located?
This is a scam business and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of transparency. I highly recommend Flower Moxie.

None.
Terribly made corsages, not as photographed (1 blossom and not 2) and broken flowers and leaves (leaving only twigs behind). Event is tomorrow and replacement is impossible. Company refused refund or any other assistance. DO NOT USE - THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT.

NONE. ALL GARBAGE and terrible quality.
Should have known when they called to say they had none of the colors I ordered (that showed as available on the website). Even what the rep sent me as an image of the substitution (and pressured me to accept) was not AT ALL what came. AND--these are NOT "garden roses"--they're the usual florist ones you can get for $10 a dozen at a supermarket. When mine came they were wilted and browning and dropping petals--no wonder, since there was NO coolant in the box and this is early September. Tried to seek redress, but they wanted photos of every single flower and of the packing as it arrived--and the packing had to be destroyed to take out the flowers. What a horrible scam of a company. Fool me once--but not maybe you. PLEASE pay attention to all the reviews that say what I have!
DO NOT order from whole blossoms! I received my flowers 2 days before my wedding and most of them were brown. I contacted customer service and they ensured me they were guard petals and my flowers would be fine for my event. I followed the care and handling instructions and by the next day, my flowers were bloomed and even the slightest touch caused all petals to fall all. I overnighted my flowers back to whole
Blossoms for a refund (did not use for my event). The flowers were not received by whole blossoms over night due to my fed ex having already picked up over night shipments. They refunded me $20 of my $112 order. I have contacted them several times and they are no help. Saying they cannot refund me since they didn't receive them over night. Horrible horrible horrible. And I had to spend additional money to buy replacement flowers for my wedding!
Avoid this service at all costs! I ordered 100 chocolate sunflowers from Whole Blossoms for my small wedding ceremony. My intention was to encircle the ceremony area with dark reddish brown sunflower blooms (if you look at the photograph of chocolate sunflowers listed on their website, you know what I mean, they're gorgeous). That unfortunately did not happen. The day before my order was to arrive I received a text message from Andrea stating that chocolate sunflowers would not be available this season, but that they could send "tinted chocolate sunflowers." I asked if she could send a picture of what "tinted chocolate sunflowers" looked like. She sent a photo of sunflowers that were red blooms with hints of yellow (see the photo below), and stated that "this is the closest to what they would look like." I agreed to the replacement based on this picture. I even asked her clarifying questions like: will the dye come off? And are they wedding quality? All of which I was assured that they would be beautiful. What came was 100 purple and burnt orange sunflowers which looked like it came out of a haunted house (see picture below). I contacted Andrea because there was clearly a mistake; these were purple, not red—and clearly dyed from the stems up, which rubbed off on everything. Just getting them out of the box and into water made a purple mess all over my living room. When I got ahold of Andrea, she insisted that these were "what I ordered" and if I wanted to return them that I would be charged a $100 restocking fee. I spent 3 hours going back and forth with Andrea on the night before my wedding. She was unwilling to admit her mistake and only after I said that I was going to be contacting my credit card company, did she begin to offer any reasonable solutions that did not entail me paying for the correction. She offered to pay for the return shipping if I sent them out before the end of the day. Anyone who has been married knows that the night before a wedding is chaotic and full of chock full of last minute details so it was no small feat that I repackaged the flowers and took them to FedEx within the hour. As a replacement she offered to send me 5-6 "growers bunches" of cosmos. These were not what I had in mind, but I was no longer had the option to get my flowers elsewhere as it was 6:30 PM the night before my wedding and I had so many other things I needed to be doing instead of arguing about flowers. The flowers arrived 2.5 hours before the ceremony, to be frank, they were a joke, a "screw you" of a wedding decoration: maybe 35 sad, wilted, decaying flowers that started shedding petals the instant I picked them up. It felt like an insult, honestly especially for the $250 I paid for 100 sunflowers (of which she did return any). The flowers were unsalvageable, and I had to have my mom run out to the grocery store to buy some flowers so that my ceremony wasn't missing flowers altogether. This is a terrible flower service with nasty management and I can't urge you strongly enough to take your business elsewhere.
No need to write. Just look at the pictures of the flowers received. The worst part is that the company continues to claim that there were only 3 stems of amaryllis and 1 of cymbidiums. Horrible people!
I bought 150 flowers that came too early and died bunny wedding. Only 13 were usable and I had to run and get grocery store flowers. I called when they arrived and they would not help me until the day of my even when it was too late. When I sent them the pictures the day after my wedding if all my dead flowers to get my. Mkney back they said it was too late... I had to do it the day of my wedding! Do yourself a favor and go through a florist... they are an ignorant company who fail to do right by their customers.
I live in California. The service was great, nice people to work with. The garland I ordered for my client fell apart as they were taking it out of the box. I needed to spend an additional $150 on greens and hydrangea to fill it in and strap together where the wire was being pulled apart. Not to mention the travel time it took me to get to and from client and time away from my other job. Depleting, horrible and they would only refund me a third. Now I have I have to spend more out of pocket money on new garland :( not happy at all!
The peonies were supposed to be golf ball sized when they arrived - they were larger and when we tried to use them two days later they were blown with most about 8 inches around - no bride could have a bouquet with massive peonies. Sent pics, they were dripping petals on top of it. Said nothing wrong with them - my hand was dwarfed holding them - their way to rectify was to offer to allow me to send them back on the WEDDING DAY! Got other flowers from Blooms by the Box, bunches direct and had NOT ONE PROBLEM. RIP OFF
Tip for consumers:
photo doesn't show comparison of hand holding this massive peonie
I ordered peonies, they sent dead roses. Then my next order came 7 days late, dead, I refused the shipment and they refuse to refund it.
Ordered a bouquet of Lily of the Valley for a friend to be delivered last Friday. The flowers arrived completely dead and without the address of the sender (so she didn't know that I was sending them, as it was a birthday surprise!). I checked in with her today and after hearing that the flowers were dead, I called the company. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life (I know, that sound like an exaggeration, but it's really not!). Horribly rude reps, no supervisors ("we report to each other") and if you didn't file a claim the same day - how could I or she? - then there's nothing they can do, goodbye. Not even a sorry that the flowers were dead. Just yeah, nothing we can do, you should read our terms and conditions more closely. Wow. I've really never seen anything like this before. Please, please stay away from this company. There are lots of honest companies out there who care about their custoemers and their product.
Here is a quick run-down, I got married last year and did my own flowers. Every other vendor was great and the flowers came just fine... except for the 250 white roses from these criminals.
Ordered and Paid: Then had BANK FRAUD $5k + (only purchase made on that card in 90+ days)
Received Email: "We never got your payment!" Called them, Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 2: "YOUR FLOWERS HAVE SHIPPED" :| 60 days early, call them panicked: Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 3: We won't have your flowers, we're sending you a different white rose.
10 Emails Later: They "guaranteed" that the roses would arrive on time.
5 days before wedding day: Your roses shipped, the ones you ordered, not the replacement, they're on their way (Huh, wow they get them here fast, ships Monday, arrives Wednesday)
3 days before wedding day: NO FLOWERS! I call them, get voicemail, no call back (all my other flowers arrived.
2 days before wedding day: Hurricane! They're delayed but will be there tomorrow.
1 day before wedding day: No Delivery. Finally reach them on the phone. "We'll give you a credit" (LIES)
1 day before wedding day: Go out and spend 5x what we paid for 250 roses to get 200 to replace the missing main flower.
10 days after wedding day: Call them, "Hey guys, haven't seen my refund...?" They tell me I'm not receiving a refund, they have no record of it and the I will get credit instead. What am I going to do with that? I'm not a florist, I'm a bride! " We'll call you back"
20 days later: No call back
90 days after the wedding: I call them to use the credit. "Sorry, your credit expired." I pushed them... We'll escalate and call you back within one hour.
Today 100+ hours later: No call.
They have my money, I have nothing. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A VENDOR EVER
I bought 500 roses and 2 bundles of baby's breath for my wedding so that I could do the centerpieces and bouquets myself.
As you probably could have guessed - the flowers didn't show up as scheduled. After hours on the phone with customer service (with them constantly trying to get me off to "call me back" -- meaning I had to call them back each hour because they definitely didn't follow up on their own)... we finally resolved that they would ensure the flowers were held at FedEx the following day so that I could pick them up at 8AM rather than wait all day for delivery.
I called back TWICE after that compromise to confirm that the flowers would be held at the FedEx store and to confirm the address.
Really, should I have been surprised that the flowers weren't held at FedEx the next day. Wholeblossoms didn't even call them!
The flowers didn't get delivered until late that afternoon and I had to scramble to get the arrangements done with only TWO hours before the rehearsal dinner.
The moral of the story is... spend a few hundred dollars extra. Save yourself the nightmare and get a real florist. Trust me... whole blossoms is a waste of time, money and energy.
Never experienced a worse company or customer service.
Oh - and they have the nerve to challenge bad HONEST reviews to get them suspended from websites until you prove your case. All I have to say to that is I will be posting on every affiliated website and I will prove it each time.
If you're going to order from wholeblossoms.com be 100% sure you need what you order. There are NO REFUNDS without a CHARGE. I was informed that no matter what, there is a 15% processing fee on cancellations. In this day and age particularly when dealing online, I find this policy over the top and draconian. They got their 15% but lost a customer and earned a bad review. I would go elsewhere.
DISASTROUS. I ordered flowers for son's wedding. We followed all instructions, allowing 4 days for the buds to open. 2 days went by and no signs of quality issues since the buds hadn't opened yet. When they did, the flowers were wilted and had brown spots, and only 27 of the 200 flowers opened. We had to scramble to find local flowers that day to have all the decor ready in time for the wedding. I reported it to them with pictures, and they eventually advised me that i didn't follow their policy instructions to report and return the flowers within 24 hrs of receipt. This, regardless of their instruction to allow these flowers 3-4 days to open. It took 3 days for them to reply and zero consideration to offer any compromise. DO NOT ORDER FROM WHOLEBLOSSOMS.COM - especially if you have a time sensitive event in mind. Truly disappointing.
