I found out the hard way. Do your research before buying anything from WHO BLACKPOOL, they stole my money and never provided a refund. I wish I'd checked into them properly before buying, this place has one of the worst reputations on the internet, I can't believe they're still in business after stealing from so many people. I'm going to report them to trading standards to try to get my money back.

Just look anywhere on the internet and you will find that Whoblackpool are total rip off merchants who sell goods online with no ontention of ever offering any form of customer service if things are not as advertised. They WILL NOT REFUND you for faulty / wrongly described / undelivered goods. They WILL keep your money until you get fed up with complaining and just give up, they are a shoddy store front which brings internet selling down to the level we all fear when we first started shoppping on line over 20 years ago - RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
Ordered Goods in Dec of 2010, which did not arrive in time for Xmas AND then was the wrong item. Returned by Jan 2011 and am still trying to get refund - Emails remain unanswered, phone calls are a waste of time as the ' only person who can deal with this ' is never in. Most likely £60 down the drain.
They have not supplied the items ordered and I cannot get them to refund my money. I call this theft. This has been ongoing for nearly 5 months
