I really enjoyed the pricing as ease of ordering g with this company. I received my purchase in a timely fashion. However, I did not really have any idea when it would be delivered or what company would be delivering. The estimated delivery date that was in the email was almost a month out. Now, it definitely took less time than that but the only tracking that was offered was to make a phone call or send an email. An updated tracking system would be appreciated.
Price point. For the exact same product, discountsafetygear was the lowest price point I could find on the market.

I ordered a pair of new work boots (Hard Yakka) and whilst doing so made a.mess of my order effectively buying two pairs. I contacted W+S to explain the situation. They replied almost immediately and resolved my issue there and then. I received my order promptly and the product has actually surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Work + Safety and I will be utilising their services again.

I ordered some product 2 days ago. No email response. Only an automated message from 866 number (electronic voice). Price is good but shipping price is very high. My issue though is only getting a pop-up window that says THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! With an order number.
