“Very sufficient cold temperatures”

When we bought our home in 2017, the refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser in the door, stainless steel finish, came side by side. He's 4 years old now. It had a warranty of two years (2018 expired). Servicing has never been needed as of now. The temperature control functions very well, with very sufficient cold temperatures maintained by both the refrigerator and the freezer with low operating costs. The ice dispenser allows the user to choose between crushed or cubed ice and, if not necessary, the ability to turn the ice maker off when full.

I bought a lemon of a gas range. I bought the range and have problems with it now I'm trying to get a service man here before my warranty runs out. The only repair person is Paul's Appliance so they set up the appointment. What I didn't know, but the next day Pauls Appliance called to reschedule and I didn't recognize the number, so I waited Monday from 8 to noon and nothing. Not only do you wait weeks, you have to wait between 5 to 6 hours for the repair man. This is on Whirlpool and Pauls Appliance.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy Whirlpool Gas Range or the warranty, no one will come and fix it.

I forgot about washing dishes after I bought a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher. My boyfriend is so happy that sometimes it seem he loves our new dishwasher more than me!

I had a new refrigerator and it quit in 6 months, I was on the phone for over one and a half hours, they set me up with there local repair people for 2 and a half weeks later (at this time I have no refrigerator) the repair man came and said it was the compressor, but his company could not fix it because of the new coolant. Then Whirlpool calls and tells me they are sending me a new refrigerator (great), but it wont come for two weeks. The day it is to come I get every thing ready and then I call JB Hunt the delivery company and they say that the driver was at the gate and could not get in. The gate is up because that is not a way into the park. They say he called but I have no record of it on my phone. They tell me that I will have to call and get another delivery date. So on the phone for another hour and I get a delivery date for two more weeks later. Now if I do indeed get it this time it will be six weeks with out a refrigerator. I just wanted to know IS THIS HOW YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE SERVICED, I do not call this service, I call this an outrage. What do you think? Up Date After 5 weeks I got my new refrigerator, it is very nice they lived up to there warranty, but 5 weeks, what if I had 5 kids, that is just not right, and now I will only buy from a dealer that services what he sells. And no more Whirlpool Products.

! Bought a new dishwasher er board burned won't work. Called them they said sorry out of warranty cant help you? Everything in my home is whirlpool! HUGE RED FLAG! Premium product? HELL NO GARBAGE! A NON CARING MONEY GRUBBING PROFIT MONGERING LOUSY COMPANY. DO NOT BUY THEIR OVER PRICED CRAP!
