Over the past 12 yrs I have gotten many wheel tire packages. Always on time, and no problems at all.

Wheelfire took money from several people and didnt deliver anything. Wont andwer the phone or email after taking irders

Do not ever order from this website, I have did not receive wheels or refund yet. I canceled the order. I have read reviews from customers and the 3 weeks waiting and very poor customer service is real. This company should be sued for deceptive business practices and put out of business. What kind company does business like this? I asked for a refund a week ago was told it would take 24 to 48 hour and I emailed them and haven't got any response yet. Of course the infamous trick of wheel not being in stock but the website did not say there where out of stock. Now there closed or have phones line turned off I think that this is a con website or poor home based business scamming customers with drop shipping. They may have wrote the good reviews there self or have fake people writing them. This is a crime what you are doing Wheelfire. I called and spoke to a Matt who said he would process my refund, and would send me a email last Thursday. There is a big pattern of deception here just read the reviews and go the better business bureau. This fake company doesn't deserve one star on behalf of all the customers that are suffering with your nonsense. Shame on you wheel fire. I will be calling the attorney general and filing a complaint if I don't get my refund and what I was told soon. Your business should not say open and your phone line say your closed. There is something very very wrong. This company needs to be investigated for taking advantage of consumers at a time like this. I will never order anything from u again very very suspicious. Very disappointed customer. I need my refund. I sent u and email also no response. Horrible experience

I ordered some tires and TERRIBLE! It said I would get them within 3-10 business days and 3 weeks passed and I wouldn't hear anything from them I called multiple times and they would lie about shipping my tires telling me they would ship them the next day and nothing would ship. I called 3 times until the 3rd time when I called it was when they actually provided some information about my tires, but as a customer I don't think you need to call so many times to ask about the same thing and they not telling you anything. Would I buy from this company again? ABSOLUTELY NO.!

1st time ever ordering tires and rims online. I chose wheelfire they do they did not disappoint. Very prompt on answering all my questions and concerns. Always very kind and curious on the phone. Shipping and tracking was very painless. I was extremely happy with the fitment and look of my rims and tires. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Was told there was no way i only received 3 wheels matt basically called me a liar said if I returned them i would be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost off missing wheel. They tried to fix this in no way. Make sure u read all there reviews this company sucks

Okay 1st off Matt was awesome! Had some issues with the offset of my Asanti wheels at 1st. Matt assured me and fixed the issue as if it was his vehicle! Meaning the 2front wheels received some damage with installation because of the offset. Matt took those 2wheels back and got me 2brand new wheels in great time! My Audi A7 looks amazing! This is the only place you should shop for wheels! Yooo Matt tell ya boss i said "Raise"! O did i mention. 22x10.5 all around!

I purchased rims, tires, tire pressure sensors, and wheel locks from this business. I called them multiple times after I placed my order because I had a feeling that I had to stay on them to make sure my order is correct when I receive it. I waited over the 7-10 days I then called them to see what's going on. They stated my order will be delivered on Saturday which was 2days later. Still didn't receive it on Saturday. I called that following Monday (where is my order?) Then stated I thought you were picking them up that day. If you order online it's automatically being delivered if you choose that option. Needless to say I had to travel 75 miles to pick it up, in order skip the incompetence. With no compensation from them for picking it up. Then they promised me that if I have any problems with the tire pressure sensors they would have me go to a shop closest to me to have it reset( a lie still didn't happen after numerous calls. I will never order from this place again.

Ordered and received another customer's order. I was told I had to repack the wheels/rims with using their instructions. Then they sent me other instructions and I had to repack them again and dropped them off at FedEx instead of waiting for FedEx to pick them up to speed up the process. I was then told that my correct order was to arrive to me in 2 days which ended up being 4 days. Now when the shop tried to put the rims/wheels on, the bolts didn't fit. They offered to ship the correct bolts overnight which was not an option because I was tried of all the mistakes they made and ended up buying the bolts from the shop to end the nightmare. When I asked for any type of compensation, they said they were going to work something out, never heard from them again.

Do not buy from these people.

Purchased a set of wheels and tire on 1/30/19 and seven moths later a tire cracked on sidewall that could have caused injury or death had it not been noticed. Wheelfire proceeded to blame me for tire pressure low but I never ran them low and my car monitors tire pressure as well as I do monitor myself weekly. They the proceeded to blame manufacturer (Lansail Tires). Lansail offered to send me on tire but I have to pay for shipping as well as dismount/balance. Trash customer service as well as products.

Who sends out 4 wheels separately when it's bought as a package? So 2 weeks after I paid for my order I finally got tracking numbers... YES number(s)! 4 of them. So finally I got one on Saturday, then another today (Monday) still waiting on the other 2! What a hassle when your not home all the time to wait on FedEx and sign for them. The 2 I have got are nice but this company has some kinks to work out. Will not do business with them again.

I was looking to order from wheelfire. Before my order was processed, they called to verify that the wheels and tires i wanted may rub and additional lift or modification may be needed. There was another company that quoted me $600 cheaper. I called wheelfire back to see if they could match the price. They could only match upto $500. Because they where professional and easy to work with, i went ahead with my order thru wheelfire. I received my wheels and tires within that week and they were nicely packedged and clean. I would recommend buying from them
