I recently purchased two ANBERNIC RG35XX consoles from WhatGeek, and my overall experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. While I faced some challenges, customer service ultimately won me over.
Firstly, the ordering process was not as smooth as expected. There was a delay in shipping, which was a bit of a hassle as I eagerly anticipated the consoles' arrival. However, once they finally arrived, one of them was not functioning properly.
The real test of a company's service comes when issues arise, and in this case, WhatGeek's customer service team truly shone. Despite the initial frustration of having a defective console, the process of getting a replacement was handled efficiently. They promptly responded to my emails, and after some back-and-forth, they agreed to replace the malfunctioning unit.
While the back-and-forth communication did add some extra stress to the overall experience, I appreciate the dedication of the customer service team in ensuring customer satisfaction. In the end, they delivered on their promise and sent me a new console that works perfectly.
Considering the initial hiccups and the need for replacement, I debated whether to give a lower rating. However, the excellent customer service and issue resolution deserve recognition. Hence, I've decided to give WhatGeek a solid 5-star rating. The ANBERNIC RG35XX is a fantastic console, and with the assurance of reliable customer support, I would still recommend WhatGeek for gaming enthusiasts.
The delivery process was extremely quick and the item seems to be in great condition.
The keyboard I ordered never showed up and when I try to track it the page says trying to load tracking information and nothing ever loads up.

El envio ha sido muy rapido para tratarse de un envío internacional. El teclado es formato ANSI por lo que hay alguna dificultad de tecleo, pero el tacto es increible. Viene con algun repuesto de switches y unas teclas adicionales.

Been shopping for a Hi75 for awhile and the deals on WhatGeek sold me. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Definitely going to shop here again - A+++++
Shipping took roughly two weeks, which is understandable given shipments come from China. However the keyboard I ordered was quite different than what was advertised. First, the board is supposed to come with a layer of IXPE switch foam installed, though that layer is absent from the board. Second, it's supposed to support 5 pin switches, yet the PCB in my unit only has sockets for 3-pin switches. I've reached out about a return and have not gotten a response yet.
