The device I ordered had a manufacturer defect, however WhatGeek were amazingly quick to rectify this by sending me out a replacement unit. Will definitely use this site again.
I unfortunately ordered my unit just before WhatGeek UK shutdown for holiday, so when I became concerned about where my parcel was I had to wait a couple days extra but rest assured they emailed me and explained what was happening with my unit arriving a few days later. So excellent communication.
This has been a dreadful experience - not only was the keyboard faulty, they ordered the wrong item from the order (keycaps) as a replacement from the warehouse and then tried to offer me a $30 refund; I had disposed of the faulty model when they promised a replacement, so the whole thing is farcical and I'm having to get PayPal involved. Avoid.
I'm happy with my product from WhatGeek, but it took ages for my keyboard to arrive, and there was little to no communication about the shipping and tracking. I just crossed my fingers and held my breath until it finally got here. And when it did, the delivery was thrown over the fence with no note through the door - so I only knew by checking up on the order status that it was supposed to have been delivered at all! It was in my garden by the bins for two days before I went looking for it. But the product itself is really cool.
I received my order in time and everything seems to function well. I ordered the Lofree foundation numpad and I love it!

I'm really happy with my RG35XX H. The only thing that was annoying is the games that come with it don't always match up with the retroachievements versions, but otherwise it's been fantastic. Only problem is my wife and kids keep using it...
Amazing keyboard, arrived in good time and sounds/feels great. I received lots of compliments for it at work. Put some o rings on it to make it a smidge quieter, it's not loud by mechanical keyboard standards, but because of its distinctive (and satisfying pop) it makes when you type you just notice it in an office of membrane keyboards. Again it's not louder than them, possibly quieter but just more noticeable because it sounds… well awesome. The o rings do take away that sound but still great to use
I have been using the Ajazz AJ159 APEX mouse and I love it. WhakGeek customer service was kind enough to help me for my country's customs necessities and I have received my product in reasonable delivery time.
