I ordered a package bundle that included a keyboard, wrist rest and cord. They initially sent the wrong cord but sent me the correct one after I followed up a couple of times. Love my new keyboard setup and the cute cloud wrist rest!

I received my order number which I could track, it came in a timely manner (less than two weeks, more like 7 - 10 days if I recall), and the keyboard was boxed up neatly in one piece.

At the beginning of searching for the keyboard, I was kinda afraid to order something from Whatgeek, but decided to try and find out. The appearance of the website gave me a bit awareness, due to similarity with Epomaker. But I was very surprised about detailed tracking of my order and how fast my order was processed. Product was well packed, no damage, no worries.
1 thing that I noticed is the spam of discount codes to my email while I was selecting keyboard. And the funniest thing is that I received a -15%(?) code, while there was active "birthday" code -10%. So double-check email to get most valuable deal:)

I love the actual device and it worked perfectly when I received it, no issues! The only complaint I have is that the packaging was very soft style and worse for wear when it arrived and I had concern if it would be okay, thankfully the device was, the protective case I got along with it unfortunately got damaged due to this packaging issue I'm sure, got a pretty bad dent on the front. :(
Shipping was also a bit of a long wait, but makes sense due to where it comes from versus to where it needed to arrive.
Other than that though the device did have a ton of games loaded on and have been playing on it regularly! The buttons are a bit more clicky and need extra pressure (not a ton) but other than that, no other concerns with it!
I'm not sure what happened with the keyboard i ordered, but the keys aren't mapped correctly. The key order in the instruction manual doesn't match what it's supposed to be, and I checked it on a keyboard mapping app.
Excellent buying experience. It's as many reviewers say. It's a great console and really good for on the go retro gaming. N64 is hit and miss but anything below that is no issue at all. Would recommend upgrading the Micro SD card ASAP.

I was thrilled to receive my new keyboard. I record a lot of sessions and my precious keyboard was way too loud in the recordings. Packaging was beautiful and the muted sound was beautiful. My disappointment is in the sticking keys. Doesn't happen all the time but every now and again. I read about this being an issue in other reviews so I guess I can't be too upset. I still like it when it works as it's supposed to.
Ordering from their website was fantastic. However, I have two issues which is a problem with me.
1. The packaging of the product is not safe at all, with a colourful package attracts little child's to consume the product. This should be in a bottle and also If you do not close it properly the bag the vitamin will get damaged. This packaging is a doesn't work at all.
2. The delivery of the item was the biggest disappointment to me, as the delivery company royal mail send me a text saying the parcel will be here on Sunday between 10 & 6 a clock. Made me wait the whole day the last minute. Got a message back saying that no one was at home. This is why I have given this product 3 stars.
You need to speak to your delivery company and sort out their unprofessional behaviour.
Easy to use but would have been better if there's a search option for games as it's hard to browse using dpad with big lists.
The keyboard I have now is great, but it took nearly a month to get my order.
I bought the Ajazz AK980 linear version (8 were in stock at the time of purchase). I received the confirmation email and the money came out of my account. I then didn't get anything further and waited the shipping days on the website. I then reached out to customer services, who were really helpful. They stated that the keyboard was no longer in stock and sent a link for another keyboard to see if I would like it sent instead (tactile version). This was then sent at no extra charge.
So customer service was great, but the fact I had to reach out about my order that was then no longer in stock and the money was out of my account was a bit infuriating and the whole saga took me 21 days to get my keyboard
