I love wet and wild beauty they have great make up choices at great prices! And if you spend 35$ shipping is free! You can't beat that!
Wet n wild is beyond help, after nearly a month their shipping partner NOT wet n wild informed me my package was lost! When i FINALLY spoke to a rep i was REFUSED A REFUND because they said they had to file a claim with their shipping partner? Noooooo. I agreed to a reship and was given fake tracking number... we are now filing a claim with our credit card, the rep on the phone was the biggest brat ive ever encountered. A month. No makeup. No refund... horrid customer service online and on phone. I was REFUSED to be allowed to speak to a supervisor... seriously they themselves have convinced me to not even wear their products again simply based on their vile business practices and employees. I would rather go discount bungee jumping then ever deal with this company again
