I've purchased two KIA vehicles in the last 5 years. I have used the location in Spartanburg and Greenville SC. The Management and vehicle repair staff give you there one-on-one personal attention always! They've always answered my questions and made sure that I was comfortable before I left. I would highly recommend both of these KIA locations to buy or sell your car!
If I could give them a 0 I would! When Kia's started getting broken into and stolen in my area, Kia refused to provide us with a Club for the steering wheel. After our vehicle got broken into twice and the window got smashed both times they refused to help pay for the new windows or do the service themselves. They also blew off my calls. Then my husband locked the key in the car accidently and they made him wait over an hour before informing him he was "too far" for them to come out and help him. They instead told us to file a claim with our insurance, which would negatively effect our insurance score and rates! I had to leave work early and drive an hour to bring him the second key. When I asked to speak to a manager they ignored my call and have yet to call me back. Kia sucks, and there vehicles are made horribly and cheaply as well! NEVER BUY A KIA!

Worst pre-owned vehicle I have ever purchased.
After asking numerous questions and spending hours there
Still did not get the right information
Thanks for nothing
I have never, ever experienced such grief in trying to get a title transferred to another state. Been going through this since mid-June and they keep telling me it will be another 8 to 10 days. They have been telling me this with no end in sight! I am now unable to drive my vehicle because my 2nd temporary tags have expired and the state will not issue a 3rd temporary tag! When you ask if anything can be one they tell you you just have to wait. The sending state released the paper title to Kia on 07/19/2022 and still no end in sight for me! I asked them if I was going to have to trade my car off just to be abler to drive a car again and they told me "THAT'S UP TO YOU MA'AM." Oh and by the way, Kia does have the title and received it on the 10th. It just can't seem to make it's way to the place it needs to be for me to be able to get my tag! Absolutely the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced in my life. Nothing I can do about it! Ridiculous!
On 3 separate visits to the Nalley Kia located at 7849 Mall Parkway in Lithonia, GA, I've had 3 separate incidents at this 1 location.
1 visit, the technician had broken the window guard on my vehicle and instead of telling me, they prolonged my visit in an attempt to try to find one and replace it w/o my knowledge but because they no longer made the ones on my vehicle, they finally had to tell me and explain what happened and they replaced them w/some that were nowhere near the same. They were a lot smaller/shorter than the ones that were previously on my vehicle and really didn't serve the purpose. Yeah, they were designed for my make and model but defeated the purpose. The sunlight shines in my vehicle.
2 other visits entails me coming in for the purchase 4 new tires (spending over $500) and brake service (spending over $200) and BOTH times, mysteriously, the center wheel caps were missing. The 1st time, their excuse was that the tabs on the center wheel caps are very thin and they fall off. Really? I've had my vehicle for over 9 years and have replaced my tires every 1 1/2 - 2 years and my brakes & rotors as needed, and have NEVER had a service provider lose a center wheel cap. It was a bunch of "BS" but I purchased another 1 the 1st time and the 2nd time I get the same story and finally the Service Mgr Chad said they would replace it and it'll be in the next week. I've been calling and strangely enough, hes never available nor is the Gen. Mgr. Have left messages for a return call but phone calls have gone ignored.
While receiving service, the staff was polite and courteous. Don't get me wrong but the follow up and taking responsibility for something that they did wrong is not good customer service. I only started going to Nalley Kia because I moved closer to that location. I've decided to return to the location to where I purchased my vehicle and was having my car serviced, Southlake Kia. I will no longer deal with a company that takes their customers complaints as a joke.
FURIOUS WITH THE INTERNET SALESPERSON'S BAIT & SWITCH TACTIC.
I don't know which I dread more; going to the dentist or buying a car. I researched the model and its various upgrades, packages, options, offers and rebates.
In the unrealistic hope of avoiding haggling and driving to multiple dealerships, I requested internet quotes from Kia dealerships specifying the options I needed. Napleton Kia (also known as Riviera Beach Kia) lured me in with a FALSE LOW INTERNET PRICE and then started explaining why they can't sell it at that price. The manager claimed I was the 2nd person this weekend this particular salesperson did this to. He said he planned on speaking to the salesperson and they were in the midst of correcting their website.
Prior to making the long drive I verified with the salesperson three times about the options, fees, and stock. I was assured it was there at the price provided and she would have it ready sitting in front of the dealership.
They didn't even have the car. The manager to"make up" for what the salesperson had done. Claiming he was takeing a large loss offered a vehicle with more options but I would have to pay substantially more money. His large loss price was within a hundred dollars of another dealership who offered me a similarly equipped model. Staying within my budget I didn't buy it from the first dealership so why would I pay about the same price at a dealership that lured me there under false pretenses.
I'm worn out. I am a disabled vet and can't take much more of this. I'm willing to pay for the unnecessary options but still leaves us with about a $1200 difference in what they want and what I feel is more than fair. $1200 happens to be about how much they low balled the original offer for the one with less options that they didn't even have but had me come in to pick up.
Napleton Kia said they'll get back to me. I'll post again as things progress. I'll provide names of the internet salesperson, the showroom salesman, manager and general manager once the ordeal comes to a conclusion. I'm hoping the manager and showroom salesman come through for me.
They finally decided to fix the Kia engine. Due to recall. I guess writing reviews pays off sometimes. Very happy to hear this.
Bought New 2012 Kia sorrento. 111,000 miles and engine blew up. Claimed they had recall on engine but then said not our engine. Will Never buy another Kia!
