I'd give this company ten stars if I could. I advertise my rental property on Weneedavacation.com and on one of the enormous, soulless horrible sites that has its tentacles everywhere and strangling anything and anyone that gets in its way. I get excellent guests from WNAV, amazing, personal customer service, almost zero risk of fraud (owner tells me not one incident of it in 15 years of operation), and they let the owner and the traveler manage their own rental transaction together, not some computer. The Big Guys are a cancer on the vacation rental Web site industry. Go with the small gems, the small boutique Web sites that cater only to the area to which you are traveling, like weneedavacation.com (Cape Cod, MA). Weneedavacation.com is how vacation rental Web sites should be. A wonderful company.
Two separate owners renting at 2 different locations on Cape Cod both took 12+ hours to respond to our inquiry on their last minute rentals. Both claimed that the week we were looking for was no longer available; however the week we wanted was clearly advertised as available. We wasted 2 days waiting for the owners to respond to our inquiry. Both had "Pet Friendly" listed, but in the response to our inquiry, notified us that they would not allow dogs. No thank you to this site! What a joke.

The head of weneedavacation is rude and disrespectful. Always blaming the homeowner for THE RENTERS DESTRUTION OF THE PROPERTY. Threatened to take our listing down because a guest complained the grass was burned because THEY THEMSELVES DROVE THE CARS OVER THE SPRINKLERS AND BROKE THE IRRIGATION! They took it down because someone went into the boiler room and found some spiders! ITS A BOILER ROOM, IT SAYS DO NOT ENTER. We have had guests poop on the floor. We have had guests see the house and leave because they saw us cleaning it when they arrived 2 hours before the lease started, stating "they don't like seeing the help"! And WeNeedAVacation made US pay them back even though ON THE LEASE IT STATES YOU CANT DO THAT! We've been leasing out properties out for over 35 Years and have NEVER gotten such rude, irresponsible guests and HORRIBLE treatment from the LISTING SITE! THIS IS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM! They are rude and do not care about owners! They accuse of of lying even though we have had professionals come judge the house for cleanliness, If I could give this -*******/5 i would. They do not screen well. DO NOT LIST OR RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS
