Worst traumatizing and heart breaking experience ever. I got in contact to receive my puppy for the agreed price and sent the funds via zelle as requested after they sent me some images and a video of the adorable puppy. Then come travel day they ask for more money for a "fully refundable" travel insurance deposit( "you get your money back when the puppy arrives at the designated airport"). Then a few hours later will ask for more money saying the puppy cannot fly until they receive certain medication and need another "fully refundable" deposit. They will then wait a day saying they will send the puppy next morning and then hold you responsible for another "fully refundable" deposit of the puppy hotel and feeding costs. At this point I sadly learned it was too late and fell too far into the scam. I was charged a total of $2600 when the original price of the corgi was $ 830. I asked for a refund and for them to send the "puppy" to a better home and conveniently they are impossible to reach. They played their cards right because they knew there was nothing zelle or the bank could do to get my money back. Please do NOT be a fool like me and fall for this scam. It hurt my family and I a lot to learn these people would be so cruel to us and it completely broke my sons heart to learn his new best friend would not be coming after all...
