I ordered from them on a spur, because I had a great discount. Items arrived in two weeks and one of them was incorrect. Totally wrong item. I requested a refund and was told to send in three separate images as proof. This is totally nuts and not worth my time. Beware! They sell nothing original, no need to bother with this kind of customer service.

They had the CS: GO pins for sale, on "pre order". When they first put them up with a price of $10, their bad server crashed due to the high demand after some while, and only few lucky ones could order their pins. Then they fixed the problem, but the price of the pins had magically doubled and they now claim that it was always meant to be $20. Of course they did not realize this when they put it up on the site, and had it there for an hour or so before the site crashed... How convenient.

Don't buy anything from these scammers.

Ordered a jacket in medium size, and in the descriptions and reviews of said jacket, everyone said that the sizes ran large. When the jacket came, it was too small. Had emailed support to see if I could do an exchange for another size up and then I was informed that "due to recent changes to the website, exchanges are not being done at this time". I must return the jacket, pay the $12.50 in shipping cost again, wait for the money to be refunded to my bank account, and then have to do the ENTIRE PROCESS all over again. Unfortunately this is terribly inconvenient as I have to have the new jacket in my posession by October 31st.

Ordered the CSGO medal, firstly the delivery address they messed up because it was completely different to my order address as they forgot the postcode and only used the road address. Delivered to somewhere completely different. Fair enough they admitted to it and sent a replacement, which again they sent to the wrong address due to forgetting the first part of my postcode so this one actually got lost. Then finally got this one after the Post Office tracked me down only to slap a £10 payment on top because of all the mess up and also because they didn't put that this is a gift...

I ordered three shirts from them. There was nothing in the sizing to explain that they were women's shirts and when I received them, I was a bit surprised to discover this fact. Their customer service said I could return them within a month and in the future, they would be better labeling their shirts by gender (I would have thought the sizing options the best place for that...). When I returned the shirts, they refunded me 75% of the cost of the product with no explanation or notification, just a simple flip of the bird and then hoping I wouldn't notice. I've reached out to them for an explanation, but I suspect it won't be a good one.

I love this store, shipping was really cheap, I pre-ordered 5 pins for CSGO at the $10 price, honestly the $20 price tag isn't unreasonable, it's a bit expensive however considering the price of them on other sites, $20 is a flat out steal. They don't deserve hate because some bug. I honestly thought they were going to be around $25- $30. $10 blew me away, but $20 seems fair. I plan on buying some shirts aswell

Ordered a few products to Spain and had to pay basically 50% in fees! What the $#*!ing heck!
I've never paid any kind of fees when ordering stuff from abroad in all of my life. Never buying from them again.

I ordered a shirt from here and it never can and I contacted them and they were really nice and all then I never got a response so I contacted them again and they never replaces my lost item or refunded me which I spent 45$ on a single shirt so I was pretty upset. I wouldn't buy from them again or recomend anyone to them because they suck

I made an order during the New Year sales where shirts and items were discounted a fair amount - all well and good, I was waiting for the items to be processed and printed in the 3 working day period. I was really excited with the products and felt I wanted to add more to the order.

So I gave them a contact to ask if it's possible to combine postage for the order or if it were possible to cancel the order so I can order the products again (seeing as I live in the UK and it would cost far too much for me, including possible customs fees, to have two separate packages delivered to me).

They said it wasn't possible to combine, but to my surprise they cancelled the order completely without even confirming it beforehand. Understood this is a fair mistake, so I asked them if it's possible to revoke the cancellation. They said it wasn't possible. Now I have missed out on the discounted products because if I were to buy them again the prices would be almost 35% more than I originally paid.

Really disappointed - they have lost a potential recurring customer.

Tried to order CS: GO Pins from their website but I couldn't due to high traffic. A friend had notified me the website was working again so I wanted to order but I noticed they had doubled the price from $10.00 to $20.00. No one should trust this company.

I loved the variety they had available and the fabric they used had a nice and light feel. BUT I quickly found out that having a lighter feel also meant they were weaker and developed holes in 2 of the 3 shirts I purchased. I contacted Welovefine months after my purchases and they notified me that they could only help me within the first 30 days. These holes developed after the 3rd or 4th washing and I followed all washing directions so I guess its unfortunate for me that I have a wide variety of t-shirts and did not find out about the fabric issues within the first 30 days :(

The items i ordered from this site i do love, but it was my overall experience from ordering which is why i would never order again.
I paid for two day shipping and recieved it in 2 weeks.
I contacted the support the day it should have arrived, and they had told me
"It takes a day to process the order and ship the order, it will be there on tuesday" which tuesday would then make it a week later.
After not recieving it on tuesday i contacted support yet again, and was apologized to and also told they would refund my money for the 2 day shipping, but only refund the difference of the 2 day from the standard.
I never got the refund of the money and i waited another week after that before recieving my order.
Even though the stuff i got was super cute, the quality is poor and the dress i ordered ripped only my second time wearing it.

There are a ton of sites now catering to geeks and as a Marvel comic lover this has become my favorite place to shop for t-shirts. Note: I've only ordered t-shirts from the site so far.

The response time has been great, they are active on social media, and the shirts I have received have all but of great quality. That, and their always new stock of Marvel shirts are amazing!
