We Heart It

This site has had massive breaches TWICE in the last 12 months.
They have not disclosed these either times. Hackers managed to gain access to administration tools which let them access and change the information on any account they want. Which they did, and support does not reply to tickets to try and recover the stolen accounts.

I was a member for years with no problems. I enjoyed it. In fact, they put a star on my profile. I was one of their chosen members. But after about 9 or 10 years on the site, things suddenly started to change. They started censoring posts. They started removing my posts like crazy. Just regular, ordinary posts that were no different from the other posts I had been posting for years on the site. The site became almost unusable. I never post anything offensive. They started removing pictures of ordinary things like pictures of journals & cell phone covers, etc. They even removed my Spotify Wrapped image. I had been posting my Spotify Wrapped images for years with no problem, but suddenly they removed it. And I saw other people's Spotify Wrapped images posted, they did not get removed, but mine did. It happened almost daily. I kept complaining about it, but they did nothing and could not even give me any legitimate, valid reasons for removing the posts they did. Then finally, they disabled my account. They, accused me of running scripts on the site, which I couldn't have done even if I wanted to, because I don't even know how to run scripts. So, I lost access to my huge collection of beloved photos & videos I had hearted throughout the years, for no valid reason. WHI was once a very enjoyable site that was ruined by censorship and then finally shutting down my account for something I didn't even do. In the end it was a terrible, frustrating experience. I also, liked the site much better before they added articles to the site. I got a lot of hearts on the site before they added articles. When they added articles, it took so much focus away from the photos, which is what made the site popular. So after articles was added I got very few hearts because my main focus was on photos and videos. And also, I hate all the focus on loving yourself on the site. It promotes selfishness.

Is this site under new ownership or something? Three nights ago I did a free trial with them. The next evening I cancelled it. It I believe would be after the trial period $4.99 per month. The next morning after I cancelled they had the nerve to send me an email stating I should "pay my bill sooner?" I cancelled for God's sake! Well, today, they sent me in my email a receipt of payment. I went to my checking account (they got through there because my paypal is connected to it) and they had taken out $19.99. I had a busy day and by the time I called my bank, just a few minutes after five, they were closed. I am really ticked off. I MEAN I AM MAD. Can anyone tell me anything about them? I left one star because I had to. I would have left nothing if I could. I like to leave my website: www.fabricartfairy.com. Visit me and say high and tell me you saw this! They have blocked 2 accounts for breaking TOS even though I have never even posted a photo to the account.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of earrings on 15 April. They promise 4 days for delivery. I received a confirmation of payment and an order number. Did not receive any tracking number. After numerous emails trying to get some information, I must sadly say there has been NO response. The courier company can not assist without tracking numbers.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered a scale from this place. 3-5 day delivery - it's been 14 days - nothing. I've emailed 5 times - nothing. And, try to call them - they list no phone number. Don't even think of using this site.

It just doesn't exist. I wrote to them a few times for a couple months about my account being automatically blocked with over 2k followers and I have not received one response.
