Awful experience in process of refund for flights. Promised to expediate the 8-12 weeks refund process. Week 12, still not processed, blaming on waiting on Airlines to refund. (My contract is with WeFly, not the airline, hence going with an Agent). Week 14 finally got refund, no formal communication on this. Minus £300 cancellation fee.
Awful company, spent hours chasing them on the phone. Never ever ever use them again.
My family and I booked our flights and hotel with WeFly. Turns out, a hotel that they rated 3-4 stars was, on TripAdvisor, not even 1 star!!! Horrific. We phoned WeFly and told them the situation, they then told us that we could upgrade to a new hotel and pay the difference. Later, they then told us we would be able to get a full refund for the hotel. Sounds great right?? WeFly then proceeded to show that they had lied to us again, then telling us that we would not be getting any refund and that the person who told us that was wrong, even though we have it in writing that they said we could get a full refund and at the very least upgrade and pay the difference. DO NOT USE WEFLY, they are untruthful witht heir ratings and their customer service.
We are still fighting to get our money back, for a trip that is happening in October, it seems to already be ruined!

Non intuitive, no registration feature, once a booking is made confirmation can take 24 hrs without any notification on the status of the booking leading people to believe that the site is hung. Do not make bookings on sunday as there is no suppport and your booking will not be confirmed till the next day.
