Signed up for a paid subscription and my listing is not showing up. Can't even reach customer service as they do not respond to emails and there's no other way of contacting them. Even a "whois" search of their domain name shows that they are hiding behind a proxy service that hides their contact info... gee I wonder why. Avoid this company.
