I have ordered a wedding dress off this shop that is for the "UK" market, the site is "UK based" and as we later discovered has a Chinese telephone number with a UK flag. They have taken payment and stated that they will make delivery in 3-5 days. After a week we called them and they said it takes at least 2 weeks to make the dress. So 2 weeks later we call every day like nutters and send dozens of emails and get no response. Only after cancelling our payment the company contacted us. They said they had a factory vacation in Hong Kong for 10 days leaving their customers stranded. After we had done 3 days of calling and yelling they finally shipped the dress. Horrible customer service and not a single promise on their website was true. Stay away from this site-it's horrible!

DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS WEBSITE. WWW.WEDDINGDRESSESSHOP.CO.UK IS A BOGUS WEBSITE THAT HAS STOLEN PHOTOCOPIES OF DRESSES AND PRETENDS TO SELL THEM CHEAPLY. THEY DO NOT REALISE ALL THE DAMAGE THE CAUSE TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. WE BOUGHT ONE UNFORTUNATELY THIS MONTHS (APRIL, 2011) AND IT IS MADE OF SOME SORT OF NET CURTAIN MATERIAL AND DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT WE ORDERED. WE HAVE CONTACTED WATCHDOG, THE CHINESE EMBASSY, BRIDAL MAGAZINES AND EVEN THE POLICE IN CHINA TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY. ONE WORD OF WARNING FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT ONE. PAYPAL ONLY GIVES YOU 45 DAYS TO MAKE A CLAIM. PAYPAL WILL INVESTIGATE IF ENOUGH PEOPLE MAKE A CASE WITH THEM. GO TO MONSOON OR PHASE EIGHT FOR A BEAUTIFUL DRESS.
