Sharing the reason for the Very Poor Experience
Now that Webzvio has allowed our site to expire even though they have $ 4,200.00 they can use to get the site back up, the "Owner" says the money is not available and they will not although no marketing has been provided for this site. Please see one of many pieces of communication to try to get a working website, but to no avail. I do not understand why they cannot either return the money or use it to pay the cpanel they lt expire. As you will see below we have asked for a valid plan many ties, but never received this or a working website. The good thing is I have all the communication and paperwork to back us up.

Good morning and Happy New Year Jeff,

We hope your holidays were a blessing to you and your family.

A new year, and with the hope of getting kick started again with the completition of our website begun as you know in mid July 2021.

Jeff, the process appears to have ground to a halt, with the information given several times for the Configurator not being worked on for reasons unknown.

I have attached the original form for our e-commerce website from 13 JULY 21 that gives some examples of websites we wanted to emulate in red, and other details for the site that were ignored or not taken into account, and it developed into the Configurator that is not functional for what reason has never been explained to me and has been abandoned from completition.

Every step of the way we have provided information several times and corrected because either it was not read or understood by programmers or management.

Jeff, as we have spoke in the past that we have a site that is incomplete, we have not been able to use or market effectively and we are a customer that has not received what we have paid for including the social media and marketing campaign still pending.

I would encourage you to review the attached, all the information sent since July 2021 and come up with a valid plan in writing to rectify this so we can stop losing money on this endeavor. Every day we are not marketing to the Caribbean as we planned to do starting last September 2021 when the site was promised, the more the competition is there and we lose….
