I have worked at WebTek Labs for 10 months. Worst management, not employee friendly at all, salary not on time, no growth, No work life balance, 6 day week, employees(Including HR) leave the company organisation within few months after joining. Owner of the company, Mitesh Bhatia couple, treat the employees like employees are servants(Especially before the salary). If you regine they will give you documents only, not the salary of that month(I lost my 20 days salary), for documents, they will force you to send a false mail of no dues. If you don't send this mail then you will not get documents also.
