I ordered a bunch of mason jar drinking glasses as favors for a bridal shower then etched on my own design. They were very inexpensive and were exactly as described. Maybe not the highest quality, but considering the low price they more than met my expectations. There was a small issue with delivery, but I contacted customer service via email and a real person responded in less two hours and corrected the error. Customer service experience was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Exceptional. Will definitely use webstaurant again.

“Shelves bow in center when weight is distributed equally across each one.”

First, shelves are nice looking but they do bend by about an inch or so in center of each shelf. The weight i have (4 bins of vinyl albums per shelf) is under maximum recommended weight and evenly distributed. Second, I would like to order additional parts and found it very difficult to contact this company. They don't make it easy on the website to contact and there is no phone number. I did send an online email, but never got a response as of today, 3 days later. The online chat bot is useless. You would think someone would respond quicker when it comes to a sale of more items.

Had what I needed. The shipping is a little high, but I ordered it anyway. I'm going to shop around, but I believe this is going to always be my best option.

Prices are great. Shipping and handling gets you in the end Bought any way14 inch if perfect for serving drinks. Any bigger an it is to heavy.

... but the shipping is a lot for me. Suppose that is not their fault, but overall I am happy with all my Webstaurant Store purchases. I have purchased food for personal consumption, kitchen utensils, large SS tables, etc. for my small business.

I ordered a case of coconut water and IQF fruit from Websteraunt on May 14th. It was scheduled to arrive NLT May 20th. However, only the coconut water arrived on time. The reason this is not a bad review is because when I emailed them about the delay they responded right away. Not only that, when I explained that I wouldn't be able to receive the order after a specific date, they totally understood and gave me a new estimate of when the order would ship. COVID is impacting many businesses so I won't fault them for delays that they couldn't have possibly predicted. Just got the IQF fruit today. Am going to try them again when things go back to normal.

Great Site with very competitive prices, and kind of a one stop shop for just about all you needs to run a food service business, but the Shipping kills you, the more you buy the more it cost. Need to have free shipping if you spend X amount of money. Most people cant afford or wouldn't order enough to justify the $90/month for free shipping.

Good site with many products, but shipping costs were very high... almost the same as the items purchased.

I love the selection of products but feel strongly that all items, when a certain amount is spent, should ship for free. The shipping on my additional items cost more than the products. I removed those items and will shop for them locally.

I am always delighted at the range of products you offer, and the quality of the products you stock.

However, I am always disappointed at the cost of shipping those products to me. Today, I ordered 5 boxes of latex gloves with a cost of $18.95. The shipping cost was $21.46, more than the product cost.

I frequently order on Amazon. My shipping costs are regularly much lower even on larger volume/weight orders.

I encourage you to enter into negotiations with the Shippers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx to see if you can lower your shipping cost.

Great prices on the glass products in it would have been a five star rating if the shipping options were better, cost me just as much to ship as an actual product itself. Overall though, this is the second time I'm ordering from here and very happy with the product.

I love to order from websteraunt for baking needs. The products are always as described and sturdy.
The only thing i wish is that they had reduced shipping for orders over 25 dollars.
I would order here a lot more if that was the case

Great product lines and parts availability. Shipping is a bit too high though. My product selection was less than the shipping cost. This makes it undesirable to order online.

I have found their selection and service to meet or exceed expectations. I see another reviewer doesn't care for restocking fees... Alright, Snowflake, make better purchase decisions. I_never_ give_ANY_ business all of my trade. I am judicious and buy what I believe they can offer_reliably_. Sometimes that means not buying online. If I buy online, it is MY responsibility to do so eyes open. This business is getting repeat purchases from me because of a) availability, b) selection, and last but far from least c) I have not been disappointed. This purchase_will_ be a test however: electronics. We shall see how it goes. Based on history, I am not too worried.

I have used this site several times and I'm always pleased with price, availability, quality, and speed of delivery. The only downside is the shipping rates are a bit high. That being said, I have found that even with the shipping rates, the overall cost usually comes out less than other sites.

Great products and speedy delivery but outrageous shipping charges. Love that there are plus size aprons available. The cobbler aprons, however, were small and didn't work.

Re-habing a house. New steps are a bit steep so needed some way to "slip-proof" them. Webstaurant had the widest selection.
