After dumping several thousands of dollars it finally dawned on me that this pseudo company was just out to rip me off for money. Since October 8,2019, they have continued to use tactics which I thought were legitimate until I realized they were bilking me for money. For example, they said I needed to have my logo trade marked. It sounded plausible. However, do I really know they actually put the information through to the copyright office? As of this writing there was no information available at that office on my inquiry. Furthermore, they insisted with their knowledge it was important for me to re-brand myself. This sounded legitimate until they took it upon themselves to change things which I never requested. Then they charged me for their mistake and had to pay more money. Although there is a test website, it will never materialize as they are holding it for ransom so to speak. They won't release it until they charge again. Who knows if they will be vindictive enough and sabotage the site if it did go live? Their advertising website looks so professional. But don't be fooled like I was with their trickery. They didn't create their own site somebody else completed the task. My test website didn't look that good or function properly. These people cannot be trusted. They appear to be amateurs at website building at best. I've since discontinued my association with these thieves. From inception to the end, I faced continued lies deceitful language along with bogus charges. One day I decided to go back to one of their instant chat websites. During the instant chat I asked the individual for their exact physical address. As the chat continued I pressed on to acquire more information, about website building I asked for a physical address. After that question was raised the chat was immediately shutoff. Spending several more minutes on the site to no avail I then disconnected. Upon opening the site again a new web page appeared in it's place. Do not do business with these fraudsters. They are not legit when you see how they operate. In the beginning, they appeared genuine until they continued the same mistakes over and over again even with emails. Joe who I (Doubt that is his real name more like a pseudo reference) tried to tell me we had a good working relationship. That is far from the truth. He continued to try and double talk me, using verbal pressure sales tactics and lies. They cannot be trusted. Incidentally, they have two websites running at the same time. One site offers a tremendous discount with a holiday tag hanging the other site is looking for business. Stay away from them! If it looks too good to be true it isn't don't get involved.

This started off as a $199 offer that was provided on GoDaddy.com as a three-page website design. Immediately upon speaking with a "project manager" to begin the process, it was nothing but an upsell gimmick! I also found out that you will not have any type of control of the site, because it does not come with CMS. When I found this out I just wanted my money back. That's when they had someone contact me to try and sell again! This person was extremely rude and felt inclined to tell me how things were going to go! Really?! I'm the customer, it's my money and you havent even provided a service, so return my money and lets call it a day. Stay far away from this company!

I have had nothing but an extremely bad experience with website design
Venture - they do NOT deliver.

I paid them to build a simple website for my construction business and 3 months later I still have nothing. When I try to call or email they have blocked me, seems they have taken my money and ran.

They give themselves "anglo" names even though they are outsourced to somewhere like pakistan, India or surrounds. When I Google Website Design Venture they do NOT have a proper office even though they claim to be in Melbourne via live chat

We used Website Design Venture to build and manage our website but in the end we got a half built website that did not work properly.

We exhausted much of our time to rectify many ongoing problems that in the end were too time consuming to fix and some problems that even their team couldn't fix, our customers got tired of trying to access the site and most of them just called and ordered over the phone.

We were also charged miscellaneous charges that we didn't agree to and when we asked about the charges we got no response.

I feel that we had made a big mistake going with Website Design Venture as they offered websites from $199 which seemed appealing but in the end of the day we're very dissapointed with not only wasting our money but also our time.

Just remember that it's your money and your business that you are putting on the line and I would stay clear from websitedesignventure.com
