Although they have tempting offers for "free" websites, everything one would want to actually have on a professional website (URL linked to your domain name, ecommerce, etc.) costs extra. The checkout process is very confusing and misleading to the point that I accidentally purchased two extra products and then was refused a refund. This company makes their living off of deceiving their customers. Not to mention that the site functionality is terrible and only offers restricted customization options. If you want a nice, professional website, you are much better off designing your site with Adobe Muse for $19.99/month and finding a host website for ~$5/month. This is less than what you will end up paying with websitebuilder or any of their competitors (their business plans are all the same) and at the end of the day you will have a much nicer site.
