Let me tell you I was skeptical about WebsireBox just because the pricing was so reasonable. I was considering developing my own using wordpress. I am so glad I did not do that. Signing up for their premier service I was assigned this amazing person Jenny-May Ruttan, she is like me having my own web developer on staff. She is a dictionary of knowledge and a work horse. Best of all she has answered every phone call I have made. I guess I have good timing. This was a great decision!

From time to time, I come across certain pro's that are actually Experts.
In this case Jenny-May it's absolutely one of them. Through the mess & the hassles of me trying to figure out making a website & all the other things surrounding it, she made it much simpler and hassle-free. There wasn't just one best part, because there were so many, good things about my interaction with this Expert. Basically everything that involved doing business well and the way it should be done in every way. I looked at Websitebox about 5 years ago and at that time, I felt that it was way too basic to create a quality site. However, I recently took another look and was shocked to see how far they have come. If you haven't looked at it for a while, you really should look again. Today, Websitebox boasts everything you'll need for building an absolutely beautiful and highly functional real estate website. And they do this for a very competitive price! It is super easy to use, while being very robust in options and features. And though it is easy to use, they also have a fantastic customer service staff to help if you need it. During my website building phase, I was especially impressed with a customer support representative named Candy. She listened carefully, was knowledgeable about the product, articulated ideas clearly, and conveyed a sincere sense of caring and value to me as a customer. Great product, great prices, great people. What more could you want?

They were amazing and very clear explaining how to go from an app to the other. I needed only 15 min instead of the one hour planned. For the price and features you won't find anywhere better. Websitebox has been hosting my real estate website for over 10 years. The site is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has numerous tools that allow me to customize my content as I see fit. It was free for all those years but I spent some additional money on tools that promoted my site. They are very affordable compared to other real estate sites that I've encountered.

In October 2020, they started charging $99 per year, still a very affordable price for me, considering I tried another site for 7 months that charged me $200/month with no tangible results. I have done my due diligence and WebsiteBox is still the best value available out there. My account manager, Candy, reached out to me and offered to improve the look of my site at no extra charge. She did an incredible job and was very patient with all my questions. She also answered my emails very promptly. I got the sense that the staff truly cared about their customers, something I value and appreciate very much. In general, every time I send a message through their chat line, I always a get a quick response. They truly have exceptional customer service.

Humans answer your call and go above and beyond in assisting you! I can't really say that for most tech companies. I highly recommend them. In many cases, they can get a website built for you for just $200. Add the $99 website/hosting and, you have a professional website for less than $300! That's fantastic! TaxProsTax is an example of a $200 site. Amazing!
