Contacts came in decently fast. Had no hassle with my prescription. Would be 5 star if there was a cheaper contacts at least for astigmatism.

I've placed an order and paid $30 for 2 days of shipping sent my prescription and a week later they saying they still wanna hear from my eye doctor. Like wtf? I'm here sitting waiting for my contacts so I can see. My freaking prescription is legit what's the point of asking for your prescription and attached it with your receipt? What happened to my $30 for 2days shipping? They just wanna pocket it. Scammers!
Hello. It looks like the order was placed for a brand other than what is prescribed to you. As contact lenses are considered a medical device, per federal law we can only dispense the same brand and powers as prescribed to you by your eye care provider who we attempted to contact for your most recent order before it was cancelled. We do suggest removing the image from your review if possible as it contains your private information and is visible publicly.
Placed order for $519, and they added a $219 "processing fee" because other companies "hide their fee in the product price..." This company is a joke!

On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separate from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up front about ours as possible with listing the charges separately in the Cart. I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!

Order wayyyyy ahead of running out of contacts... Don't wanna be getting a run around and chasing down answers when you are totally out of contacts and can't see a thing.

USPS does show that they attempted to forward your package on July 26th. It does not say why that attempt resulted in the package being returned to us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processes of USPS. We do recommend, in the future, advising us of the new address so we can update your order prior to shipment. Our system shows a replacement order was requested on August 3rd when you advised us of the package not being received. The replacement order is also on backorder as your brand and prescription combination are not readily in stock for shipment. We have advised our shipping department to ship the order as it becomes available so you may receive multiple shipments of varying quantities. We requested the replacement be shipped with next business day air so once it does ship you will not need to wait the 10 business days of your original shipping winodw. I saw it was great price for Webeyecare for contact lenses, so decided to try. They charged high processing fee, which eventually brought the price on par with Costco. It is ok, which I understand. What I called it is liar, because it says if I sign up will give me 15 dollars off for signing up. Asked for my email and cell number and I had to verify, which is ok too. What happened in the end, I put in the code, it said 'Great job, if you order 100+ put in this code. If you order 125+, put in this code". I did as well. In the end, even though I ordered over 200 dollars, it only gave me 5 dollars off. After I went through all these troubles, they lied about that? I was really mad and cancelled and went with Costco, which is a much more trustworthy brand! Do not give your information to them!

They REPEATEDLY ignore simple emailed questions and lie about processing time, claiming prescription verification takes 1-2 days. I placed my order almost 2 WEEKS ago and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I'll never do business with these liars again.

I sent the prescription but they delivered a wrong contacts! They took 10 days to delivery and gave me a wrong size. Horrible costumer service. And I had to pay to sent back!

On Dec 31, I ordered@ $300 of contacts, and paid in full. My health insurance company requires a "paid" receipt, and WebEyecare refuses to provide one. I have requested 3 times, and each request is ignored. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It has been 22 days since I ordered contacts and an eye exam. I finally received my eye exam and have asked for a refund twice and keep getting the run around. Their customer service reps don't reply to emails in a timely manner and never respond once I ask for a refund. I paid for Contacts to be delivered and never got them! I should get a refund. I had to order from 1-800 Contacts and their customer service is impeccable. My order has already been shipped and will be here tomorrow. Don't use this company, they don't honor your purchase and their customer service is subpar at best.
Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" sucks. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere.
Very bad service, I have never received what I ordered and when I send a claim they asked me to wait another 2 weeks to make a decision, I do not recommend

Had to contact them several times. Last contact they promised an expedited shipment since I still had not received my contacts... still waiting for an email or anything that shows that they mailed the replacement out or any expedited service.
I've ordered contacts from W. E for years. However, I submitted a reorder and was sent wrong prescription. When I called, I was told that I entered it incorrectly (I didn't enter anything) then was told provider changed my prescription (not true)

ZERO stars... The WORST customer experience I have ever received online. Yeah the prices are good, but the communication is spotty at best. I scanned and sent them my prescription, paid extra for expedited shipping and they sent the wrong contacts. I can only assume I am required to send them back the old ones, after filling out some archaic paperwork with my order information and prescription information AGAIN. I say I can only assume this, because I am now at 2 days with NO RESPONSE to my persistent questions via email. Really, how hard is it to say, no sir, we can't do that without charging you. The point is, I don't care, I'd pay for the right set cause the credits are all going to work out anyhow. I am on vacation, and now have 2 days of contacts left (dailies) and cannot get any reply out of them whatsoever. I will GLADLY pay my optometrist more money to GET IT RIGHT the first time... Never again!
Next day shipping for my order did not happen- Took 4 days to ship. Per the tracking info from UPS the order originated in Miami, Fl (I live in Jacksonville, Fl) It was then shipped and delivered (5 days after the ship date) to an address in Penn. I contacted UPS for confirmation of delivery which confirmed delivery to address in Penn. Supplied by Web Eye Care. Contacted Web Eye Care and they recognized their error.and would not offer next day delivery. I was told to expect delivery in 3-4 more days. Which means expected delivery 11 to 12 days after order was placed.
So many complaints with the BBB! No wonder! Just wished I would've check first. After they sent the wrong order, I called multiple times to have it corrected. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and then hung up on. MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally spoke to a "supervisor " "Juanita" who said I would have the correct contact sent next day air. Liars. Do yourself and and your bank account a favor and stay away from this company! It's a scam. Shame on you all. Check the BBB, you'll see. I will add my complaint everywhere including the federal trade commission.
They shipped me the wrong prescription (their mistake) and refused to send replacements until they received the wrong order and I called multiple times to request a replacement. I'm still waiting almost a month later.

Sent defective contacts, order a second batch, then they lost the prescription, one fumble after another. They are quick to take your money, then argue with you that you did not provide prescription, when they are the ones that lost it. I have proof that they received the prescription, they are just too arrogant to admit it, yet their system does not allow to pay until they get the prescription... In few words, this is a lousy company with the worst costumer service I've seen in years

I used webeyecare for a couple of years and because I am so busy did not realize I could have purchased same lens for much less somewhere else. Also, I wear the monthlies almost like dailies so went through my last order within 3 months and noticed that my vision had changed. I was convinced was due to getting older or vision problem and did not look at what they had sent me. Finally visited my eye doctor to learn webeyecare had made a mistake and sent the wrong power. When I brought to their attention, was told can only refund the remaining lens (which I unfortunately suffered through using). Poor company, does not care about the customer, overpriced.
Sent me defective lenses and customer service was horrible. About 50% of the lenses in my package were blurry and completely unusable. They wouldn't help at all. The manufacturer took them back and said the lenses were improperly stored. I will never shop with them again.
Im still waiting for my contacts. After 10 business days the original package was sent back to the supplier. According to USPS tracking number my contacts were somewhere for days. I still dont have my contacts and webeye showed no interest

Intially were fine but not at refreshing as new contacts should be. Irritation such as itchy and dryness within 8 days of wearing contacts. I always use the brand and it's never been this bad.
Ordered a box of contacts on Dec 6,2020. Still haven't received them 5 weeks (so far) later... Never had to wait this long with any company.

I decided to try Webeyecare again. The first time the price was really good and the contacts arrived a few weeks later. When it was time to re-order, I saw that their price jumped a lot so I went to another website. This year I decided to try Webeyecare again since their price was a little better than the other sites. A week later, I got one of those survey emails saying you should receive your in a couple of days so please respond to let us know how we did. A few days went by and nothing arrived. I called to find out when my order's status. They said that my contacts are special ordered so it would take a while and longer and they would call me back with an ETA by COB. After a couple more days, no word from them. I tried calling again but the hold time was over an hour. I sent them an email. They responded that they would let me know by COB. Of course, no response. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone. They said the order would ship in a week. A week later, I received a box. I opened the box and found a bag of four contacts. My order was for four boxes of contacts. At this point, I thinking these guys are scammers. I finally got ahold of them again and said this never happens. They re-ordered and a few more weeks later I get right order finally. While they finally got it right, it was not worth the all the effort on my part to get them to do their job right. Not matter how low their price is, I am never dealing with them again.
