Affordability
Phone assistance was good. It took a while but that was on me. Had difficulty getting Filezilla to work but the agent was helpful. He sent me a screenshot of what I should see but wasn't. I had a corrupted download of Filezilla, after reload of a new copy, it worked fine. He was patient as we worked through it. All looks good now.
Previous host had little / no support and wanted to increase my price to give that support... Web.com improved service / support.
Very easy to use. Love templates and other added features and that I can even get my domain in same place.

SEO rep was extremely helpful, patient and easily understood. Unlike a two hour ordeal the day before with a group in which there was a communication barrier, unbelievable noise in background and had no idea how to solve my issue.

You Customer Support Representative, Lady, was very helpful. I was unable to log in through Web.com and she gave me an alternative URL myaccount.Web.com, which recognized my sign in. This company has the best customer service. If I can't load pictures they request that I email it to them and they handle it for me. I have use this company when it was Yodle and I'm still happy with my website. I build most of it myself but there is always someone to help me out if I mess up. Thank you Web.com

User friendly with many great features. Keep it simple, make it elegant, create drama. Whatever your preference, web.com provides the tools, and if you choose not to be the one to create the website/blog, they have web designers. Checkout the great packages available. Yup! I'm just a customer.
