Phone assistance was good. It took a while but that was on me. Had difficulty getting Filezilla to work but the agent was helpful. He sent me a screenshot of what I should see but wasn't. I had a corrupted download of Filezilla, after reload of a new copy, it worked fine. He was patient as we worked through it. All looks good now.

Very easy to use. Love templates and other added features and that I can even get my domain in same place.

You Customer Support Representative, Lady, was very helpful. I was unable to log in through Web.com and she gave me an alternative URL myaccount.Web.com, which recognized my sign in. Lady also answered questions I had about my DNS Records and NameServers. She was very helpful in explaining what these are.

This company has the best customer service. If I can't load pictures they request that I email it to them and they handle it for me.
