Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
I know nothing about setting up a website but web.com has it simplified enough that the average basic educated human could do it. So far so good and affordable.
Tech support is awesome. I feel I've been able to create a nice site. However I wish I had not paid for the quick start site because I could have done it my self.
The work at my registrar site is the hardest part.
Research, my old hosting company which I was with for 22 years is going out of business.
The ability to navigate and customize the website is somewhat challenging. There are sizing and fonts that I would prefer to have ability to get/do that I cannot. Also, the font colors are limited. Otherwise, I like the templates and ease of publishing.
It was provided through my Zenbusiness purchase but, I would utilize it again independently.
I need to separate my services into two tabs so they can be seen, but I dont know how
The minimum I've researched was $350 to get a site up and running. That was via someone I knew personally. Web.com gave me an option to build a website at an affordable cost. As a start-up, every dollar counts.
Now, with that said, building the site isn't as intuitive as it may seem. Especially when it comes to resizing original pics/ logos. Also, the server kept dropping of line during the initial setup. However for the cost I'm still pleased with the value proposition.
They are usually able to at least acknowledge the issue, even if they can't resolve it at the time.

Some areas of looking at and updating information on my website confuse me. A introduction tutorial video might help. A few minutes to show how to use some features.
I like the beginning to sign up easily and get started.
I'm grateful to Web.com for setting up my website. If I had any difficulties, I immediately turned to specialists and they helped me. Thanks to them my site works well. Images load without problems and all buttons are active, I had problems with this before, but Web.com helped me figure it out.
The site builder is a little bit clunky and offers very limited functionality as far as where we are allowed to place certain blocks on the page.
They had the best combination of things that I needed for the price point, and I hate GoDaddy.com because they're overrated.

It is an online web design company that is a Google partner and the person I spoke with was Steven Haring and he did a wonderful job talking me through what I needed to do with my website without being all about the money. Very informative and will help me get more leads in my industry of work.

Not intuitive for an extreme novice. Still having trouble with pictures zooming in to close after I put them on the site. Your customer service has been incredible in helping me get set up. If not for your customer service then my rating would have been 2 stars...but I'm learning the system now. It's not perfect, but it works pretty well.
Honestly...it was the least expensive option compared to Wix/Squarespace.
In July I worked with Rachael P during the interview process of determining whether or not we needed a new website. She took the time to explain everything I had questions about my existing website to not sell me anything I didn't need. It was a breathe of fresh air to have a customer service consultant take the time to do this.
It was much appreciate, and for that reason will keep Web.com in mind!

Web.com / Leadstream is a pretty good source for generating leads for your type of business. These leads actually turn in to paying customers for your company services or products! The more you work with them on the lead quality, the more accurate the leads become. This will move you closer to your ideal customer audience. As well as increasing your conversion rate!
I'm excited to come back and use Web.com again. Great platform. However, The Automatic payments started without consent.
Once you've set up your website, it would be easier to go straight to it for editing instead of having to click through a half a dozen steps. The platform is fairly easy to learn how to use to a certain degree, although I am sure there are better ways to construct my website than how I did it.
I found using web.com easier than Square and Wix. It is user friendly about the same as Squarespace. I trialed all three of these platforms. If I didn't sign up with web.com, I would have gone with Squarespace. The initial chat I had with one of the operators was very helpful and probably convinced me to go with web.com. I have found that websites that provide the chat feature tend to get my business since all doubts can be resolved on the spot.
I was offered a good deal for using the platform. I have not yet used the eCommerce part of web.com, but plan to in the future. It seems more like a platform geared for setting up an online store and selling products than just having an online presence.
