Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
I know nothing about setting up a website but web.com has it simplified enough that the average basic educated human could do it. So far so good and affordable.
The platform is finicky. We have experienced a number of glitches and obstacles. I'm not a fan.
It appeared to be a quick and easy solution to our need for a website.
Only one request per day gets done. Forget putting in several requests at one time.:-(
Chat was totally useless. I am now trying to figure out how to make a phone appointment. A number keeps calling, leaves no message. I have hearing issues with my phone so need to make sure I am somewhere to HEAR and cannot always answer. I have used Web.com before, found it very intuitive for me but it has changed and I need some "how do I find" answers.
I started out building website here and want to work on it.
Not as many features as i thought there would be. Like a way to categorize stuff in your shop.
I've been waiting for months for the tech team to transfer my domain from GoDaddy to Web.com. I've also opened up numerous tickets with the company all telling me that it'll only take a few days or they had to transfer the issue up to a different department just for me still to not have any answers or solution. I ended up having to purchase a 2nd domain to troubleshoot my own issue. This was extremely frustrating...
Beside that though, I think the web building software is sufficient in doing everything I needed done.
I was looking for an Ai powered web designer and google brought you up high in the search ranking. However after I purchased your package I realized it wasn't actually what was advertised and ended up designing it myself.
I am very busy and have not taken the time to finish the web site. I am going to try searching your stock photos since looking for photos in my files is taking too much time.
I finally have some office time today to try to see how that idea works.
I have an animated logo that I would like to use. I do not like having to post videos to youtube in order to put them on my page.

I like the secure two factor authentication for logging in. However, Adding, sizing, moving content on the website depending on your business model can be a beast. It works but it is complicated and could be made easier with a few more content controls.
Pricing. I had been with Vistprint.com for over 20 years and probably still would be but they switched to another company managing their websites and since that happened my website went dark and would not work and people could not see my inventory. I waited about three months for them to fix the issues and they did not so I changed to Web.com.
I have had a really hard time getting my store set up. I have asked several times for assistance, but my online chat person sends me to the links on the help page. My website is published and nothing seems correct
We have some issue regarding the email setup and web build questions asking for support, but never received meaningful guidance and problem solving, only got we need to buy some other supporting package.

Difficult to understand all the proper set up steps when I am not at all tech savvy
Hard to navigate and when writing email always have to use the shift key instead of after period automaticlly caps. Also no spell check.
Learning curve. I researched but I'm still trying to figure everything out after a month. I should have used an easier site.
I keep getting logged out about 10 minutes. It's fustrating. Also, the feature to customize my website are pretty limited in its capabilities.

Difficult to find good stock images and importing images is not easy either but it is very doable just takes a little more time.
Run into many technical issues, the site is glitchy and closes out a lot while I am updating or adding items or editing my website. Not user friendly, the website building is at times frustrating and there are many lacks of options such as ability to add a personalization box for customers during item purchase.
I choose it because I already paid for the website hosting and don’t want to start over with another one until this one expires
The website building interface is a bit clunky and limits where I can put stuff. The color picker is glitchy and crashed several times. It's not too bad, but I wish it worked smoothly.

I spoke with the customer service department in two occasions, and they were not able to answer my questions (which is ok with me). They told me the opened inquiries to the design department and they would get in touch in 24-48 hours. To this day, the have not contacted me. Three weeks and counting...
I have no prior experience in designing a website. I'm finding it reasonably intuitive to use, could be a bit better.
There wasn't a lot of guidance on how to set/connect certain things. Plus, in order to even set up a site, it cost extra. I think having a video that gives the rundown of the process before purchasing would be convenient.
It was suggested in my textbook for my computer programming class.
I find the layouts difficult to manipulate to do what I need. And I am kind of frustrated that I have to pay extra for a security certificate. I think that should be included in all of your sites. It would set you apart from literally all of your competition and help out ALL of us small business owners. Or make it $5.00 instead of $15.
My original search indicated your hosting services would get us more hits.
Still trying to get used to the tools, I want to take my time with this as it is primarily an art site
