If you have the time to take continual phone calls from Web.com... then be my guest. I don't know ANY corporation that would have the time to answer all the harassing and marketing emails and phone calls you will receive once you make the mistake of signing up with them. Good luck in canceling or trying to unsubscribe... they will lock your domain & you will not even be able to transfer it. Oh yes, they reply to these SiteJabber complaints seemingly very helpful... but they are NOT. They still have yet to unlock my domain so that I can transfer and it is the proverbial 'check's in the mail' excuse after excuse... dozens of phone calls won't get you any further ahead. What counts is RESULTS... and the only result from Web.com is further harassment and although a few of the workers say on the phone they will help... they do not. They do not deliver.
It has been almost a year and I am completely exhausted. Web.com was not able to provide me with a profitable website. Their designers were not imaginative and were not able to come up with anything for me but those cookie cutter web templates and wanted me to do all of the work for them. I will be going with another web hosting company as soon as my contract expires. A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
