These people are out of China and very difficult to deal with. They lost my order and when I did end up telling them NOT to send it to me, they charged me anyway and sent it. They then refused to refund my shipping or pay for return shipping to send the item back. I had to go through my credit card company and file a dispute. I still lost the shipping charges which is not at all cheap given the fact that I had to send it all the way back to China. As for whether or not the items are really name brand, I cannot say, but the UGGs I ordered for my wife looked pretty cheap and fake compared to the real ones we ended up getting.

This company is run by criminals! They take your money, but sell you crap! The items aren't even the same as what you see on their website. Takes a month before you receive this garbage. Buyer Beware!
