This company is based in China! Not the USA like it claims. I ordered a product from this and after waiting two months, they still refused to give me a refund because they claimed the item was in my city. Which is was not. They use some random third party tracking site and the tracking numbers can not be found on any legit server. I asked for a refund four times and they keep telling me to wait patiently even though its been two months and their website says they will give you a refund after 30 days. Do not order from this site its a whole SCAM

They sent lens cleaners instead of disinfectant wipes. It took two months to arrive. They refuse to take back their item and have used Paypal's seller friendly platform to hold up my money. They gave an address in Chinese to return the item to Paypal only to email that they won't accept their fake wipes back. Stay away from these scammers.

I ordered shoe box organizers. It has been 7 weeks since they received my order and my money. I have received nothing yet. Never again. Stay away. Don't do it. Warning..

This site is a fraudulent "front" posing as a "company in the United States". On the website it lists the company location as an address listed in Florida and no customer service phone number. The address is actually just an abandoned house. This was also verified in person by an investigator from the local online fraud unit. Company is actually in China and will take your money and then refuse any refund requests citing any reason their computer randomly picks. When you email their "customer service " email it actually goes to any of three different emails that are all owned by the same person. Their "favorite" reason they use is they cannot refund your money because "the order has already shipped. Never mind that that would be physically impossible since they never actually ship anything at all, AND my order, for example, was canceled exactly 4 minutes after I placed it when I discovered they were a fraud so it obviously was NOT "already shipped!" They also like to claim that they are sorry but they cannot refund your money because the "item was returned to us by the shipping company, lost by the shipping company, and a number of other bogus "reasons." They never ship anything anyway so the bottom line is STAY AWAY AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
