Great product. We have used these for years. We haven't installed it yet because my husband pulled his back. He has to bleach our well first before we install the new filter.
I called W.F.F. To order the 3 stage filter replacements for my r/o system. I have ordered from them previously. After numerous attempts my call was answered by "Cynthia" who denied that I had ordered from them previously. Her tone was negative, not helpful and argued that I was not a previous customer. She told me that the Co. Did not carry the needed filters so I ended the call with no further conversation. She called me back to tell me that I was rude. This person should not Be working in the customer service dept. as she is absolutely no help! And doesn't reflect a positive attitude. Regards D. Dolan

Easy to navigate website. Just punch in the model/serial number and bam, they have it. Every other site I went to, sold out. Received the filter for my fridge in no time. Definitely going to do business with them again. Only next time I will get the 3 pack. Thanks!
You've asked me to offer an opinion before I've received the product, which is part of the service experience. Therefore, you've received the lowest rating possible because the survey itself is flawed.
Your ordering process was once simple. Now it's confusing. The reorder option was useless as it didn't put the item in the cart, probably because it's discontinued. After paying with paypal, it still puts you through more check-out ... just not clear how to finalize a purchase.

Site banner claims Black Friday 10% Off with Promo Code "BF10" which would not apply; page came back with another Promo Code "Dollar1" for $1 off order also would not apply. These prices are the same as I found last August - not Black Friday 10% Off as claimed & Promo Codes would not apply.

My first time ordering. I tried to sign in to an account so I would be able to tract order. I signed in for an account. When I try to sign in, it says there is no such account. So press forgot password. I did that and went I did that, went to email and clicked. Signed in and it took me to some page that does not allow me to find what I want to order. So I'm signed in, I go to the other page that my husband had chosen what we needed. I try to sign in on that page but it would not, said it was wrong password.....over and over again
The website is very hard to login into and stay logged in. It happens every time. Very difficult. Also, the filters are cheaper on Amazon!
I applied the Promo code of BF10 twice and it appears that the discount was not applied. Can you assist? It states that its valid starting on 11/27 and that is today.
It seems like my previous order never arrived and I didn't follow up as I later was traveling. The shipping confirmation number is NOT VALID for checking delivery. Was already charged, and now I have to buy the same product again! Customer service does not answer the phone during business hours today, am starting to wonder if the company has gone out of business?? First time I have been let down by you guys but am not happy paying twice. This order is your only chance before I choose another provider for future orders.
While its shows online as the correct water filter, RPWFE, it was not. I needed the one with RFID technology. Otherwise, shipping and price was acceptable.

Checking out with PayPal it went in loop. Wasn't clear that it processed - got frustrated. Definitely did not work on the iPad had to hop on the computer to process the order - a similar experience with PayPal looping.

my phone number on the account is prefilled automatically with hyphen. Kept getting error message that no hyphens allowed and had to manually delete the hyphens each time.
I had great difficulty changing the quantity of my order from 4 to 1. Each time I reentered it this increase the quantity. I then started clicking on everything until it finally allowed me to due this.
I don't like being forced to answer a questionaire, when I haven't received my package or even been able to print my receipt.
