Great product. We have used these for years. We haven't installed it yet because my husband pulled his back. He has to bleach our well first before we install the new filter.
I called W.F.F. To order the 3 stage filter replacements for my r/o system. I have ordered from them previously. After numerous attempts my call was answered by "Cynthia" who denied that I had ordered from them previously. Her tone was negative, not helpful and argued that I was not a previous customer. She told me that the Co. Did not carry the needed filters so I ended the call with no further conversation. She called me back to tell me that I was rude. This person should not Be working in the customer service dept. as she is absolutely no help! And doesn't reflect a positive attitude. Regards D. Dolan

Not enough description of the water filter housing ie: size of inlet and outlet for plumbing, o-ring replacement, and choices of shipment.

Every year I dreaded buying water filters for our Reverse Osmosis Water Filter system. Could 't find them, changed brand names, and other various roadblocks. I sure hope I can come to you every year for my supplies!

UPDATE ON THE ABOVE COMMENTS: SOMEONE DID FINALLY CALL ME AND SAID THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS AND WAS SORRY I DID NOT GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE IN THE PAST. I WAS HAPPY TO KNOW THEY DID FOLLOW UP AND FINALLY CALL ME.
No problems but have a sears card but don"t say it is MasterCard, discover or visa on it. Just issued by Citibank so did not know what to put in appropriate blank

Other than not being able to order filters in the quantities I wanted and having to remove the hyphens from my phone number it was an easy check out
All went well, except in the original delivery we only received half of what we had purchased. Good news, you were very prompt in correcting the error, and sending the remaining filters.
