The staff was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our specifics needs, such as budget and shipping. The online process was quick, easy to understand and very efficient. The bottles look awesome and I'm glad they formatted the picture themselves to what I wanted. They were kind enough to expedite them after a glitch on their part.

We needed 300 water bottles for a school event and we had a quick turn around because of needing to wait until the budget with federal funds was approved. Briana responded fast, followed up, and communicated clearly. I was impressed that the water bottles made it the night before our event.

Be careful with the lids
This company was great to work with, responsive to emails and phone calls. We love the spirit sport water bottle, the sides don't sweat and the straws are great. The lids seem to be a bit fragile, as we have had several crack.

We're so happy with our H2Go Fresh infuser bottles! This was our first order with waterbottles.com and the price was better than anywhere else I found, the quality is outstanding, and it was delivered earlier than expected. I even ran a test one through the (no heating element) dishwasher and it came out perfect, no fading or anything. The only thing I would say it's a bit of a confusing process. I chatted with an online rep because they were offering discounts, then the contact method switched to email, then instead of being able to order on the website I had to pay through an invoice link because of the special pricing. So it all worked out but it definitely wasn't as straightforward as: get a promo code, place your order online, send in your artwork, get your finished product. Overall I'm really glad I came across waterbottles.com and ordered the particular bottles we did. They ended up being exactly what I envisioned for our retreat!

Good Product!
We had to change the design a couple of times.. but customer service was pretty decent to work with. The finished product was beautiful.

Only issue, next time we'll see if we can get a "softer" squeezing bottle. The bottles are a little hard for cyclist to squeeze the water out. Think it may just be a different selection. Graphics were on target and bottles arrived well packaged on delivery. Yes, we'll use you all again.
